| ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling and conventional acupuncture on periarthritis of shoulder,to analyze the therapeutic characteristics of the two therapies scientifically and objectively. And hoping to broaden the clinical thinking of treating periarthritis of shoulder,in order to provide valuable reference for the exploration of TCM therapy of periarthritis of shoulder with both efficacy and safety, and easy operation.MethodsA total of 66 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were selected from January 2019 to December 2019 at the Guangdong Second Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 people in each group. They were treated with Fu’ s Subcutaneous Needling and conventional acupuncture respectively. In the process of treatment, exercise was used to promote the curative effect.Treatment time:patients were treated once a day,and 5 times for a course of treatment, and there were 2 courses in total, and between each courses of treatment there were 2 days off. Before treatment, after the first treatment and after treatment,VAS score,ADL score and ROM score scale were used respectively. At the end of the trial, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.ResultsAt the end of the experiment,5 cases were dropped and excluded from the two groups.31 cases were included in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. There was no difference in age, gender, course of disease and disease side between the two groups(P>0.05).And there was no difference in VAS score,ADL score and ROM score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups had comparability. After the first treatment and the end of the treatment,VAS score,ADL score and ROM score of the two groups were both significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of VAS score,ADL score and ROM score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,better than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionBoth Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling and conventional acupuncture have good clinical therapeutic effect on periarthritis of shoulder, and can effectively improve the clinical symptom score of periarthritis of shoulder. However, compared with the conventional acupuncture therapy, the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy has better clinical therapeutic effect on periarthritis of shoulder, which is not only superior to conventional acupuncture group in relieving the symptoms of periarthritis of shoulder, such as shoulder pain, ability of daily life and shoulder joint mobility, but also superior to conventional acupuncture group in improving the immediate effect of periarthritis of shoulder. |
