| Object:To master the characteristics of HIV occupational exposure, the current situations and changes of the psychological state after the occupational exposure and its influence factors in nanning, and put forward corresponding solution measures and suggestions to the problems of research results, provide baseline information and data for relevant departments to carry out the HIV occupational exposure training, psychological health work and the related research work.we conduct HIV/AIDS occupational exposure personnel risk assessment and do three months follow-up assessment use the SCL-90 psychological scale on the people of the HIV/AIDS occupational exposure in nanning city (including six counties and six).Methods:Do the HIV/AIDS risk assessment on the HIV/AIDS occupational exposure people of 4624 medical and health institutions (including 116 family planning technical service institution) in nanning, and do a mental state assessment on all people who meet its standard by using SCL-90 psychological questionnaire in 24hours, lweek and 3 month.Entry questionnaire data into the Epidata database twice, compared the mental assessment between the Chinese adult psychological norm and the investigation of psychological evaluation.Using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to analyze data.Results:there are 60 HIV occupational exposure people in the investigate Send 60 questionnaires and recycle 60 questionnaires, the recovery rate was 100%,effective questionnaires are 60, effective rate was 100%.All HIV antibody screening results were negative.The results shows the score of 24 hours positive numbers and total score is higher than the Chinese adult norm, positive divide below the norm score (P<0.05);the score of 1 week positive numbers is still higher than Chinese norm, positive divide below the norm score (P<0.05); all projects score of 3 months are lower than Chinese norm (P< 0.05).Comparing all of the projects on three different periods,24 hours is the highest,and 3 months is the lowest,There was statistical significance. (P<0.05).Factors comparisons:in addition to the human relationships factor score is lower than the Chinese adult norm, somatization, forced, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, psychosis factors were higher than norm (P<0.05);there is no statistical differences among three factors of forced, depression and psychosis and chinese norm in 1 week review (P>0.05), somatization, anxiety, terror, paranoia factors score are higher than the norm (P<0.05); all factor scores are lower than the norm in 3 months(P<0.05).Comparing factor scores in three different periods, all factor scores of 24 hours are the highest in the three periods (P< 0.05).The positive rate of 24 hours is the highest in Three periods of psychological evaluation, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Grouping on the hospital level, sex, occupation, age, culture level, level of exposure mode, exposure, exposure source level, duration of different groups, using chi-square test to analysis the possible effect of single factor of mental health.Results show that correlations among the different hospital level, sex, occupation, exposed way, the first duration time and changes in psychological assessment was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Using logistic multivariate analysis on different hospital level, sex, occupation, exposed way, the first duration time of the effect of psychological change on HIV occupational exposure of people.The results show that the logistic model was statistically significant (P< 0.05), model fitting is better (P> 0.05);the psychology of the staff did not take medicine is better than the 2-24 hours and the after 24 hours take medicine person (P< 0.05, OR= 7.616, 2.133), the 2-24 hours person psychological stress performance is more apparent.Conclusion:we should focus on the key populations of nanning HIV occupational exposure,do some key training,and try to make it comprehensively and targeted;the awareness of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure in Nanning city medical institutions and related department are stronger, the staff are able to do the protections timely and accurately; HIV/AIDS occupational exposure is make a affect on the psychological condition of the related staff to a certain extent,we should provided according corresponding psychological guidance to the different periods psychological condition,and raise awareness of HIV/AIDS. related staff occupational protection and lower levels of HIV occupational exposure, do a good job after occupational exposure of psychological counseling, reduce psychological damage in a maximum level. |
