[objective]Learning4coal mining industry of Sifangtai District occupational hazards, occupational health and examination conditions in production process; Investigatingthe coal mining industry occupational health management, occupational hazards andeffective control strategies.[methods]1.Scene Investigation: the production system processes in underground and surfacecoal industry, the distribution of the main occupational hazards in the productionprocess; occupational health management survey: including occupational healthmanagement organizations and the development of various systems, the occupationalhealth and workers’ personal occupational health guardianship file archiving, the useof personal protective equipment and supplies, the occupational health education, occupational protection facilities setting up and so on.2.Occupational hazards monitoring: According to current state regulations, detectingharmful occupational factors of4coal mines, including dust, noise, toxic and harmfulgases and so on, and analyzing occupational hazards of different types of mines anddifferent positions.3.Health examination: According to the current regulations, doing health medicalexamination coal line contacts occupational hazards occupational and analyzing of theresults; examination contents are: routine medical examination, blood pressure, electrocardiogram; hearing; liver function, blood; urine; high kV chest-X-ray; informin written examination, physical examination of the voluntary principle. Contentanalysis: comparison of different types of medical rates; comparison of different typesof medical items; comparison of different types of underground tunneling workers’various medical projects abnormal rate, impact of length of service of occupationalhealth.4.Data processing: enterning and inspecting all collecting raw data According to therequirements on time, establishing the use of database softwareEpiData3.1,anallyzing and processing the data of SPSS18.0.[results]1. The toxic and hazardous gases sample(carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfurdioxide, etc.)test pass rate of4coal mining industry in Sifangtai District during thecoal production was100%, Control in good condition.2.The survey found that the four are present in coal dust and noise, dust pass rate of52.2%, the noise pass rate of56.0%; passs rate of ccupational harmful factors instate-owned business is higher than the private-owned coal mines, the passing rate ofdifferent positions’occupational hazards are different.3.Examination of state-owned coal mine workers in vocational are higher proportionof private coal mines; examination found that: occupational hazards that exist in thecoal production process have produced varying degrees of damage of workers’ health, which was13.35percent of lung abnormalities, hearing abnormalities was8.4%rateof7.11%abnormal blood pressure, ECG abnormalities was4.82%; excavationworkers are more serious health damage, the more severe health damage the longerthe length of service, damage to the health of the private coal mine workers is moresevere than the state-owned coal mines.4.State-owned coal mining enterprises seriously cooperate with and implement the"National Occupational Disease Prevention Plan (2009-2015)", small private minesabiding sense of poor level of awareness of laws and regulations is not enough;various coal companies have established "occupational health management file" and developed a variety of appropriate occupational health management system; variouscoal companies have also established occupational health record, but local and privatecoal mine filled incomplete; partially fails to require the installation of occupationalhazards protective equipment, partially state-owned coal mines’ protectiveequipments are too obsolescence; various coal companies are not timely providingpersonal protective equipment, and some private coal does not even provide personalprotective equipment, site surveys have found that each individual enterprise workersare not wearing protective equipment.[conclusion]1.The survey of toxic and hazardous gas concentrations all in compliance withexposure limits prescribed by the State; noise intensity exceeds the value of the statesector, severe dust concentrations exceed the value of the state sector; boring jobpassing rate of dust and noise is lower than other jobs.2.Abnormal rate of occupational health examination is differentin different types ofwork, excavation works’ listening and lung abnormalities were higher than other jobs;various health damage with the cumulative increase in the length of service indicatorshave tended to increase.3.Operating equipment and methods, harmful factors protective equipment, occupational health management and monitoring, personal protection and otheraspects of the state-owned coal mining in Sifangtai are better than private coalmines.4.The results of the survey is better than "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" completed, butthere is a large gap from the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" s objectives and requirements, prevention and control of occupational health in mines industory has a long way togo.
