Literature Study On Composition Rule Of Clinical Medicine In Peptic Ulcer Based On Data Mining

Objective:Peptic ulcer is a global common digestive disease, caused by the damage of gastric mucosa through some factors like Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection, dietary factors, emotional stress or stimulation of adverse mental which cause excessive secretion of gastric acid and pepsase digestion of gastric wall. Traditional Chinese medicine compound is the main means of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer, for a long time, clinical medication dependented on the physician experience because of Chinese own characteristics, different doctors have their own unique experience of the different in diagnosis and treatment, even cause academic industry contend. Which compound is the most effective for most patients with peptic ulcer was the problem which was always faced to by Clinical Chinese medicine. The application of data mining in literature study can find the common features in the treatment of peptic ulcer by different clinical physicians, it plays an important role in effective use of literature, in-depth excavation on clinical experience and composing principle of doctors and masters and promoting the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical research literatures of the treatment in peptic ulcer by traditional Chinese medicine reported from 2010 year to 2014 year are searched by the author in order to summarize the drug law in the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine. Medicine composition rules of clinical treatment in peptic ulcer are analysed by using of the functions of data mining in "TCM inheritance system", in order to provide reference for the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:99 prescriptions of Clinical report was collected from the clinical research literatures of the treatment in peptic ulcer by traditional Chinese medicine reported from 2010 to 2014, to extract their composition of Chinese medicine and input the united drug name in the computer, then establish EXCEL database and analyse classification and effect of the drug, and analyse the effect of the 99 prescriptions on the basis of efficacy composition of drug.99 prescriptions were fed into the system by the function of "Data query" and "prescription analysis" in the modular of "data analysis" through the "TCM inheritance system". Then clicked on the corresponding button for data analysis, including the analysis of frequency statistics, law of prescription drugs, and new prescription.Results:147 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were refered to in 99 prescriptions,29 kinds medicine were used over 10 times. In 29 medicine,9 kinds had the effect of strengthening spleen and invigorating qi, the total frequencies were 268; 10 kinds had the effect of dispersing and rectifing the depressed liver-energy, and the total frequencies were 215; 10 kinds had the effect of eliminating dampness and phlegm, and the total frequencies were 225; 5 kinds had the effect of clearing heat-fire, and the total frequencies were 137; 3 kinds had the effect of hemostasis with astringents, and the total frequencies were 131; 5 kinds had the effect of romoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, and the total frequencies were 111; 2 kinds had the effect of yin-nourishing and blood-tonifying, and the total frequencies were 69; 2 kinds had the effect of warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold, and the total frequencies were 26; 1 kinds had the effect of help digestion, the total frequencies were 11.There were 7 drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,25 heat-clearing drugs,1 purgating drug,2 antirheumatics,7 dissipating dampness drugs,5 damp-excreting drugs,9 drugs for dispelling internal cold,13 promoting the circulation of qi drugs,6 promoting digestion drugs,15 hemostatics,12 drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,9 apophlegmatisants, 4 tranquilizing drugs,1 liver-calming and yang-restraining drug,1 drug for inducing resuscitation,22 tonic drugs (11 qi invigorating drugs,1 yang-tonifying prescription,6 yin tonics and 4 hematinic),6 astringent drugs, 1 conteracting toxic substances and helminthic drug,1 antiscolic during the 147 kinds of Chinese medicine which were classified according to the effect of "science of Chinese materia medica"74 prescriptions, that is 74.7% of all prescriptions were combined with strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi and soothing the liver and regulating qi drugs using; 69 prescriptions, that is 70.0% of all prescriptions were combined with strengthening spleen and invigorating qi and clearing away heat and promoting diuresis drugs using; 61 prescriptions, that is 61.6% of all prescriptions were combined with strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, soothing liver and invigorating spleen and clearing away heat and promoting diuresis drugs using in the 99 prescriptions.The result which the regular of medicine using in the 147 composition medicine was analysed by Data Mining showed:40 couplet medicines were got in the condition of 20 support degree(frequency of occurrence); 8 couplet medicines were got when the confidence>0.9; 25 couplet medicines, correlation coefficients greater than 0.02, were got in the condition of regular of medicine combination in entropy clustering; 22 central drug composition were got according to complex system entropy clustering; 10 new prescriptions were got by using the algorithm of unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering; then the frequency of occurences and the number of medicine which were the top ten frequency of occurrences were counted.Conclusion:1 The frequency of occurrences in medicine which have the effect of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, soothing the liver and regulating qi, eliminating dampness and phlegm, clearing heat-fire ect were the highest in prescriptions of clinical report; drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and hemostasis with astringents were the second; however, the drugs for yin-nourishing and blood-tonifying, warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold, help digestion were less. The result show that the most common ues ane effective drugs for clinical treatment in peptic ulcer were strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, soothing the liver and regulating qi, eliminating dampness and phlegm, clearing heat-fire medicines, and this is consistent with the cognition of the higher morbidity in clinical peptic ulcer patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, dampness and heat in spleen syndrome.2 From the perspective of prescriptions efficacy, drugs prescriptions of combined with the spleen and replenishing qi and liver qi drugs and combined with spleen and replenishing qi and been used are more;From the corresponding perspective,clinical purely a rare syndromez and such as liver depression and spleen deficient and spleen deficient and wet aggregates the actual situation and clamp syndrome is more in patients with peptic ulcer.3 The correlation between every two herbs in the prescription of peptic ulcer disease can be quantitative described by entropy clustering method,on the basis of the correlation between higher drug for corresponding entropy clustering analysis to extract, different clinical physicians common features for the treatment of peptic ulcer can be found. Such as:In this study drug association analysis and entropy clustering results show that peony licorice soup,sijunzi decoction,jiaotai pill,wujisan,and sinisan are commonly used for the treatment of peptic ulcer compatibility,and these drug compatibility correlation is larger.The above results are consistent with clinical reports are that literature mining has a guiding significance for TCM clinical practice.
