Objective:To observe The effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq (ASMq) on ERK signal pathway in the hippocampus of depression Rat models.Methods:84 male SD rats Were randomly divided into normal control group, the positive control group, abnormal savda munziq low, medium and high dose groups(respectively 1.5,3.0,6.0 g·kg-1·d-1), depression model group,10 in each group. In addition to the normal control group, the other groups were unpredictable mild chronic stressors (Chronic mild unp redictable stress, CMUS) rat model of depression,By measuring the body mass, sugar intake used to evaluate behavioral changes in rats, On the basis of the ERK signal transduction pathway RAS,C-raf,P-c-raf,RSK protein expression,using Repeated measures ANOVA and methods to explore the antidepressant effect of abnormal savda Munziq. Results:After each group of rats using chronic unpredictable mild stress stimuli found, the body weight gain, sugar consumption of depression group were significantly decreased than normal control group(p<0.05), Description model animals of appetite, weight loss, decreased activity, loss of interest, anhedonia Similar in patients with depression status. The level of RAS,C-raf,P-c-raf,RSK protein expression levels in hippocampus of depression group were significantly lower than normal group(p<0.05) Compared with the model group significantly increased in the abnormal Savda Munziq low,middle, high dose group, positive control group hippocampus RAS,C-raf,P-c-raf,RSK protein expression levels (p<0.05); The level of RAS,C-raf,P-c-raf,RSK in savda Munziq low,middle, high dose group were unchanged(p>0.05).Conclusion:Through this study, rats were chronic unpredictable mild stress stimuli while giving abnormal Savda Munziq intervention treatment,found that Abnormal black Munziq can significantly improve depression rat model of depression,while rat hippocampal ERK signal transduction pathway RAS,C-raf,P-c-raf,RSK protein expression was significantly increased in the abnormal Savda Munziq low,middle, high dose group, Reveals abnormal Savda Munziq can obviously play an antidepressant effect, The mechanism may be by regulating the ERK signaling pathway to exert antidepressant effect.
