Bushen Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation(Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type) Clinical Study

Purpose: Self kidney pain soup investigate the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency type) therapeutic effect and mechanism of action.Method: From 2014 January to 2015 February in the outpatient department of orthopedics on patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Tradition al Chinese Medicine, were selected in accordance with lumbar disc herniation(liver an d kidney deficiency type) 100 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group Bushen Zhitong decoction, two weeks for 1 courses, 2 courses of treatme nt. The control group with Jinwu Gutong Capsule(traditional Chinese Medicine) treatment, two weeks for 1 courses, 2 courses of treatment. To observe the treatment process of the system in the improvement of symptoms, and followed up in 8 weeks. The TCM symptom score, JOA score and clinical curative effect to improve the situation,the treatment group and control group two groups of curative effect evaluation.Result:(1) compared two groups of patients with TCM Symptoms Score: the treatment group and the control group after treatment(the main symptoms, secondary symptoms(pain)leg knee weakness, tired, and even cold) and score of main symptom onset time and so on were compared with significant difference(P< 0.05), the treatment group than the control group.(2) two groups of patients with JOA symptoms and signs of the total score and each item(low back pain, turning over in bed, motor function, and improve the bending) of comparison and integration index and so on, all have significant difference(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.(3) the results of clinical evaluation after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 89.58%, control group total effective rate was80.85%. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.(4) after the treatment of 8 weeks of follow-up, the recurrence rate of treatment group was 2.08%, the recurrence rate of control group was 17.02%, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: Bushen Decoction on pain of lumbar disc herniation(liver and kidney deficiency type) has obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment, worthy of further study andclinical application.
