Study On TCM Syndrome Distribution Law Of Children Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To summarize the clinical syndrome type distribution of children with cough variantasthma, offer reference and help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Method:First clinical questionnaire, all information and the collected input Excel workbook,as the source database, then by calculating the symptom syndrome factors contributionvalue, judge the syndrome elements of value, finally will reach syndromes thresholdelement organic combination, the formation of syndromes. Frequency and percentagestatistics syndromes, and through cluster analysis, summarize the syndrome typedistribution.Results:Through the preliminary study,45card type were identified, total is255, and the45syndromes were from more to less frequency statistics, and obtained the following results:"frequency heat in the lung yin deficiency syndrome" and "lung yin deficiency and phlegmheat syndrome" is28and26, respectively10.98%and10.20%, the highest proportion;"lung surface wind heat syndrome" appears18times, the ratio was7.06%,"the wind lungcard table" appears17times, the ratio was6.67%, relatively high these two syndromes proportion;"deficiency of lung qi","retention of food in the stomach","liver fire the lung","phlegm heat obstructing the lung","lung virtual table Shu","heat" of the six syndromesappear frequency is more than10times, the proportion is relatively high;35types of cardsremaining frequency is low, the proportion of small.Due to dispersion syndrome type distribution, and many of them is syndrome typeapproximation, to more clearly reflect the main machine and the contradiction between thedisease of this disease, the45types of syndromes by syndrome elements as the program ofcluster, and obtained the following results:"kind of syndromes of lung" and "Yin" and"heat" syndrome elements leading54, accounting for21.18%of the total, the highestproportion;"syndrome type wind" and "lung" syndrome elements all have41, accountedfor16.08%;"type of syndromes of phlegm syndrome" and "hot" all the38, ratio of14.90%"type of syndrome; Qi deficiency" syndrome elements all have25, accounted for9.80%;"type of syndromes of liver" and "hot" or "Yang" syndrome elements all have23,accounted for9.02%;"type of syndromes of spleen" and "wet" and "hot" syndromeelements all the21, the proportion is8.24%;"food" syndrome,"lung" and "phlegm","Qi"syndrome "Yin" and "Yin deficiency syndrome" and "Yang" or "hot" syndrome elementsleading syndrome type16, the proportion of all6.27%. Programme of above ten kinds ofsyndrome elements in higher proportion, the rest of the syndrome element program theproportion is low, so that no one one.Conclusion:The program of above ten kinds of syndrome elements were merged, forming nineclass certificate, they are:"lung heat Yin","wind evil invading lung","heat phlegm","Qi","heat in liver or liver Kang","Damp heat retention spleen","food","Turbid Phlegmobstructing lung" and "Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome", this ninesyndrome can reflect the main distribution characteristic of this disease syndrome, clinicalreference value for the more important.
