Clinical Observation Of Jianning Decoction Of Curing Ovulation Bleeding Of Kidney-yin Deficiency

Objective To observe the effects of clinical curativein,the levels of E2,P in serum and the endometrial thickness in patients with ovulation bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency in treatment of Jianning decoction.Methods The research, proceeding on the Gynaecology department of the first affiliated hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has employed a randomized, positive parallel control method, from January1,2014to January1,2015.60cases of ovulation bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency,which had no significant difference on age, duration,illness degree,the total score of clinical symptoms of TCM, single syndrome of TCM,the level of E2, P in serum and the endometrial thickness, were randomly divided into a experimental group and control group. The experimental group took Jianning decoction whereas the control group used Estradiolvalerate tablets; both of the two groups started at10day during the menstrual period,lasted7days and3months for a course. Observing and recording the clinical symptoms, the situation of bleeding, the total score of clinical symptoms of TCM, single syndrome of TCM,the levels of E2, P in serum, changes of endometrial thickness, adverse effect and security data of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results (1)The total effective rate of curative effect in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,whose difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) The total effective rate of hemostatic effect in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,whose difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) After treatment, the total score of clinical symptoms of TCM in two groups was significantly decreased, whose difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),and the chang in experimental group were more obvious(P<0.05).(4) After treatment, the cases of patients in experimental group with lumbar debility, dizziness tinnitus, five upset hot, night sleep soundly restless were significantly decreased, whose difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);but the cases of patients with dry stool, urinating short yellow were not changed, whose difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).(5) After treatment, the levels of E2, P in serum in two groups was significantly increased, whose difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);but the levels of E2, P in serum were not significantly different in two groups (P>0.05).(6) After treatment, the endometrial thickness in in two groups were not changed, whose difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05);and the endometrial thickness were not significantly different in two groups (P>0.05).(7)There were no adverse reactions happened in the two groups before and after the treatment.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat patients with ovulation bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency in treatment of Jianning decoction, which can achieve their medical goals by improving the patients’ clinical symptoms and hemostatic effect, decrease the total score of clinical symptoms of TCM and the cases of patients with lumbar debility, dizziness tinnitus, five upset hot, night sleep soundly restless,increaset he levels of E2,P in serum,and had no difference on the endometrial thickness.
