Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Bushen Shugan Prescription Combined With Dydrogesterone Tablets In The Treatment Of Anovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Caused By PCO

Objective: In this study,the role of TCM in anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding caused by PCOS was investigated by treating patients with tonifying the kidney and relaxing the liver square combined with ground flexion progesterone tablets.The treatment group continued to take the tutor after the blood stop in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.It is hoped that the clinical observation of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by PCOS can verify the clinical effect of the treatment of kidney and liver liver caused by PCOS,and provide treatment ideas and experimental data for clinical treatment.Materials and methods: Based on the patient materials of the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.The specific object is the patients with uterine bleeding during September 2019,a total of 60 cases.(liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome)caused by PCOS.Sixty patients were randomized into control group(diflexion progesterone tablet group)and treatment group(kidney and liver square combined with diflexion progesterone tablet group),with 30 patients in each group with a course of 3 treatment cycles.Results:1.Comparison of general conditions:At the "age" level,there was no significant difference in the age,BMI,course of disease,B ultrasound(number of follicles),hormone level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Hemostatic efficacy: In terms of specific curative effect level,the data level of the treatment group is higher.The effective rate of kidney and liver prescription and PCOS without abnormal uterine bleeding was 86.7%,70% better than that of oral ditergestprogesterone alone.The data of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant.(P <0.05).3.Economic adjustment effect: The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.046)< 0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in P(=0.056)> 0.05,and the two groups showed little difference in improving the menstrual cycle.4.Total score of TCM syndrome:The control data of the treatment group were statistically significant(P < 0.05)after completing the treatment,while the data of the control group did not constitute statistical significance.Therefore,the data of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different,which can be considered as a first out difference(P<0.05).5.Ovulation rate: the number of follicles in the treatment group decreased after treatment,but the dominant follicles appeared,The ovulation rate was 90%.At the same time,it should be clear that although the number of follicles in the control group decreased,the number of high-quality follicles was also less,which was significantly less than that in the control group,and the ovulation rate was 60%.After chi square test,(P=0.007)<0.05,there was a significant statistical difference in the ovulation rate after treatment,suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better effective in promoting the dominant follicle rate and restoring ovulation in polycystic ovarian syndrome patients than the control group.6.Hormone level: LH,LH / FSH and T showed significant effect(all decreased)(P <0.05),The members of the treatment group and the control group constitute significant differences at the level of data.7.Safety analysis: neither the treatment and control groups had adverse reactions or side effects.8.Follow-up: Follow-up for 3 menstrual cycles after the end of the treatment.The recurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding in the treatment group and the long-term effect of the recovery of the menstrual cycle all have obvious advantages compared with the control group.the recurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding in the treatment group was 10%,and 33.3%.The recurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding was significant at 3 months after treatment after the chi-square test(P=0.028)<0.05.It suggests that the long-term efficacy of the abnormal uterine bleeding recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.In terms of adjustment for menstrual cycle: by rank-sum test,the results showed a significant difference(P=0.034)<0.05 after 3 months of treatment.It suggests that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in adjusting the menstrual cycle.Conclusion:1.Unovulation and abnormal uterine bleeding in hemostasis time,restore menstrual cycle,restore ovulation function,and relieve clinical symptoms and signs,and can reduce the values of LH,LH / FSH and T.2.Compared with the simple application of western medicine geoprogesterone tablets,the long-term effect of kidney,liver prescription and geoprogesterone tablets in adjusting the menstrual cycle and preventing the recurrence of abnormal uterine bleeding is better.3.The combination of kidney and liver with progesterone tablet is significantly better than that of comprehensive treatment.
