Clinical Study On The Effects Of Yangxintong Mai Decoction On The Patients With CHF

Objective：this topic through the routine application of modern medical treatmentscheme on the basis of heart failure, according to the basic theory of TCM syndromedifferentiation under the guidance of the basic principles, application of yangxin decoctionof traditional Chinese medicine of arteries and veins is qi and Yin deficiency and bloodstasis stop drinking syndromes of chronic cardiac insufficiency (cardiac Ⅲ-Ⅳ level) ofclinical efficacy, to explore qi and nourishing Yin and invigorate the circulation of thewater function mechanism for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods： in this study were included in the syndrome differentiation of qi and Yindeficiency and blood stasis stop drinking syndromes of chronic heart failure (NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ level) in60patients randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases, two groups of patients in group into the general data, such as the age, sex, diseaseprogression, there were no significant differences, the control group to give guide to guidedrug therapy of modern medicine (GDMT), the treatment group on the basis of GDMT foryangxin decoction of arteries and veins, by observing the score before and after treatmentof TCM syndrome integral, heart failure, cardiac function classification, the change ofserum BNP concentration,6minutes walking distance test, measuring EF cardiac functionindexes such as change in before and after treatment, to observe the curative effect ofyangxin soup treating CHF unclogged arteries. Results：1. The curative effect on heart function, treatment group total effective ratewas90.00%, control group total effectiveness60.00%, treatment group was better thancontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.00<0.05).2. Singlesymptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: heart palpitations, asthma,shortness of breath, cough of curative effect comparison, the treatment group is better thanthat of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).3. In terms ofimproving the BNP and FS, LVEF, the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference statistically significant (P <0.05).4.6minutes walk test comparison of twogroups of patients with six minutes walking distance increased, has significant curativeeffect.But the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group (P=0.00<0.05).Conclusion： yangxin soup unclogged arteries in disease combining syndromedifferentiation under the guidance of the principle of the treatment of chronic heart failurewith exact clinical curative effect, and have the advantages such as safe, good adherence,can significantly improve the patient’s quality of life and exercise tolerance.
