| In recent years, we know a lot violent injury medical events and dispute between doctor and patient from the report. But the medical accident is not the major reason. the lack of trust between each other is the major reason. The information inbalance lead to the lack of trust. This lack of trust comes from the difference between the two sides to get information. Information asymmetry makes the unequal status of both doctors and patients. There are obstacle between doctor and patient in information communication.In this paper, trust building process is divided into two parts, one is the formation of trust both doctors and patients, and the other part is the trust between the two sides were protected.
