Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Internal Administration Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction And External Fumigation In The Treatment Of Osteoporosis With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Objective: To observe and verify the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,to explore the possible mechanism of bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of this disease,and to provide clinical basis for promoting TCM treatment of Osteoporosis.Methods:In this study,66 eligible patients with Osteoporosis were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with33 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with diet control,moderate exercise,adequate sun exposure,calcium and vitamin D supplementation,on the basis of which,the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction,and the control group was treated with salmon calcitonin injection during hospitalization,and salmon calcitonin nasal spray after discharge.2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were recorded in detail(the main syndromes were spine tingling,soreness of waist and knee,impotence of lower limbs,trudging,tinnitus),clinical symptoms,pain scores,Bone mineral density and serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,osteocalcin,serum alkaline phosphatase,total collagen type Ⅰ amino terminal extension of the peptide,25-hydroxy beta collagen special sequence,three blood biochemical indexes such as vitamin D,observe two groups at the end of the treatment of clinical symptoms,improvement of syndromes and treatment of adverse reactions in the process of happening,To analyze the effect and possible mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on Osteoporosis patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Results:1.Effect comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.08%.Statistical analysis showed thatp=0.042 < 0.05,the difference between the two groups was clinically significant,and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,suggesting that the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction was considerable.2.TCM Syndrome points:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(p=0.00 < 0.05),and the pain symptoms of patients in both treatment group and control group were improved,and the data of the two groups were compared withp< 0.05,indicating a significant difference in efficacy.Compared with the control group,the score decreased more obviously in the treatment group,confirming that bushen Huoxue decoction used in the treatment group is more effective in the treatment of Osteoporosis patients,and can improve the TCM symptoms of patients.3.Comparison of clinical symptoms(primary and secondary symptoms):After treatment,the scores of primary symptoms and secondary symptoms in the two groups were reduced to varying degrees compared with before treatment.The improvement of primary symptoms of lumbar spine tingling(p=0.000),tenderness of waist and knee(p=0.041)and secondary symptoms of tinnitus(p=0.000)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,indicating that the treatment group could improve the relevant clinical symptoms of patients and benefit more.4.pain score: two groups after 4 weeks treatment pain score were decreased(p <0.05),compared with the control group,treatment group pain score decreased more obvious,and compared the two groups(p= 0.003 < 0.05,which indicates that data have obvious differences in both groups,the treatment group to improve the pain symptoms in patients with curative effect than the control group is more outstanding,more can reduce the pain of patients.5.Bone mineral density(BMD): After treatment,BMD values in both groups decreased compared with those before,and statistical analysis showed that p> 0.05,indicating no significant difference between the two groups.6.Blood biochemical indicators:After treatment,25-hydroxyvitamin D2,TP1 NP,molar collagen special sequence and other related indexes in 2 groups were improved to a certain extent,but there was no significant difference between 2 groups(p>0.05).The improvement of serum calcium(p=0.029),serum phosphorus(p=0.047),25-hydroxyvitamin D3(p=0.000),PTH(p=0.024),serum alkaline phosphatase(p=0.020)and osteocalcin(p=0.014)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,suggesting that bushen Huoxue Decoction has a better curative effect.7.Safety analysis: During the observation period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of patients in both groups.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction can promot blood circulation to remove blood stasis,analgesic effect,to improve the kidney and blood stasis type of Osteoporosis in patients with clinical symptoms,especially the pain has obvious effect,is suitable for the patients with obvious pain with Osteoporosis,at the same time can improve the patients’ blood phosphorus,calcium,25-hydroxy vitamin D3,PTH,serum alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin and relevant indicators.Reduce the loss of bone mass,promote bone formation,so as to improve the situation of Osteoporosis,to achieve the curative effect of Osteoporosis prevention and treatment.
