Objective : To observe the relationship between TCM constitution typesand syndromes of urticaria, to study if the syndrome of urticaria patientsdepend on the TCM Constitution in urticaria patients.Methods: We ask 200 urticaria patients of their syndrome and let them fill in the Chinese constitution classification table.We analyze what they fill in and judge their constitution type.At last,we obtain some information about correlation in constitution and syndrome of urticaria patients by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: Syndrome of wind heat invading table and blood deficiency and wind-dry patients accounted for the majority of the syndromes number in 200 urticaria patients, about 44.5%,42%. Followed by the Cold bunch of table card 13.5%. All of TCM constitution, The highest proportion is constitution of damp-heat,constitution of qi asthenia, constitution of yin asthenia, constitution of yang asthenia, allergic constitution. The rest constitutions take up a small part.200 urticaria patients’ constitution related to their symptoms type.Conclusion:(1)urticaria patients syndrome is mainly Syndrome of wind heat invading table and blood deficiency and wind-dry, followed by Cold bunch of table card.(2) constitution of damp-heat, constitution of qi asthenia, constitution of yin asthenia, constitution of yang asthenia, allergic constitution are the main body types.(3) constitution of qi asthenia, constitution of damp-heat is concerned with Syndrome of wind heat invading table; constitution of yang asthenia is related to Cold bunch of table card;constitution of qi asthenia, constitution of yin asthenia, constitution of yang asthenia aie concerned with the Cold bunch of table card.
