Study On The Relationgship Between Constitution Of TCM And Syndrome Element Of Chloasma

Objective:To investigate the physical distribution and syndrome elements distribution of chloasma patients using the TCM Constitution Questionnaire and Syndrome elements Questionnaire.To discuss the correlation between TCM constitution and syndromes elements on the basis of the survey data.Methods:According to the authoritative TCM Constitution Questionnaire,a questionnaire survey of 207 patients with chloasma was conducted to obtain information on the patient’s constitution and syndrome information.SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between the patient’s TCM constitution and the syndromes elements.Results:l.Among 207 patients with chloasma,the qi-stagnation constitution ratio is the highest,followed by phlegm-dampness constitution>blood stasis constitution>qi-deficiency constitution>yang-deficiency constitution>yin-deficiency constitution>damphea constitution>moderate constitution>special intrinsic constitution.2.The main disease locations of patients with chloasma are liver,spleen and kidney.In the disease distribution of chloasma patients,qi stagnation accounts for the most,followed by blood stasis>obstruction by phlegm>yin-deficiency>qi-deficiency>moisture resistance>yang-deficiency>fire heat>blood deficiency.3.The relationship between the location of disease and TCM constitution are as follows:Liver and qi stagnation constitution(P=0.00)shows dominant correlation;Spleen and phlegm-dampness constitution(P=0.00),yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.00),damp-heat constitution(P=0.02)shows dominant correlation;Kidney and yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.00),yang-deficiency constitution(P=0.00),qi stagnation constitution(P=0.018),shows dominant correlation;There is no correlation between the 9 constitutions of the heart and lungs and the chloasma.4.In the relationship between the nature of disease and TCM constitution:Qi stagnation and qi stagnation constitution(P=0.00)shows dominant correlation;Blood stasis and blood stasis constitution(P=0.00),yang-deficiency constitution(P=0.036),damphea constitution(P=0.04),shows dominant correlation;Abstruction by phlegm and phlegm-dampness constitution(P=0.00)shows dominant correlation;Moisture resistance and phlegm-dampness constitution(P=0.00),damp-heat constitution(P=0.00),yang-deficiency constitution(P=0.017),qi stagnation constitution(P=0.011)shows dominant correlation;Fire heat and yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.039)shows dominant correlation;Qi-deficiency and qi-deficiency constitution(P=0.00),yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.044)shows dominant correlation;Yin-deficiency and yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.00)shows dominant correlation;Yang-deficiency and yang-deficiency constitution(P=0.00)shows dominant correlation;There is no significant correlation between blood deficiency and each constitution.Conclusion:Among the 207 TCM constitution of patients with chloasma,qi stagnation constitution,blood stasis constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution are the most susceptible.The main disease locations of patients with chloasma are liver,spleen and kidney.Disease characters are qi stagnation,blood stasis,obstruction by phlegm,moisture resistance and qi-deficiency.There is a significant link between the syndrome elements and the constitution.
