After treatment, both groups symptom scores had significant differences(P <0.05), the observation group(TCM group) to improve symptom scores than the control group(western medicine group).2. The effect of TCM symptoms aspects, the observation group(TCM group), the total effective rate was 92.86% in the control group(western medicine group), the total effective rate was 85.71%, total effective groups, with significant differences(P <0.05), Tip medicine TCM symptoms better than the observation group comparison group.3. Individual treatment of different groups studied TCM host disease symptom score had significant differences(P <0.05), the effect of individual differences in different TCM main symptoms were statistically significant(P <0.05). Observation group than western medicine show in the control group(P <0.05) in improving the cold and heat mixed type of functional dyspepsia symptoms main effect, particularly in improving the abdominal fullness, pain and swelling of the liver symptoms significantly better than the comparison group(P < 0.01).4. After treatment, the study of different times of individual TCM symptoms integral difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the difference between the different times of individual symptoms of TCM efficacy was statistically significant(P <0.05), which belching, poor appetite, thermophilic diet, loose stools or stools poor have a very significant difference(P <0.01).5. ConclusionBanxiaxiexin decoction mixed cold and heat treatment of functional dyspepsia syndrome in terms of improvement in symptom scores, symptom efficacy aspects of Chinese medicine, Western medicine relapse rate than the control group. In terms of improving individual TCM host disease, disease symptoms secondary calculus and individual TCM host disease, secondary herniation, than the control group, especially in the belching, poor appetite, eating thermophilic, loose stools or stools poor areas, significantly better in the control group.The results suggest that:the structure of this decoction is reasonable,and its effects are good,using it to treating functional dyspepsia mixed cold and heat syndrome has clinical value.
