Clinical Observation Of Electric Acupuncture Combinedwith Acupoint Injection For Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation On The Effect Of EMG

Objective:This project is to investigate the efficacy of electric acupuncture plus acupoint injection for patients on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH) of the electromyography of F wave and clinical effect,and compared with pure electric acupuncture treatment of difference,as thus for acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation to provide objective clinical basis,discusse the possible mechanism of action and to explore a more effective treatment.Methods: 40 patients included in the standard of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients are randomly divided into treatment group with 20 cases and control group with the other 20 cases,the treatment group treated with electric acupuncture plus acupoint injection,control group take the pure electric acupuncture treatment,6 times treatment for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment before and after treatment detecting EMG F wave, JOA score and pain VAS score.Results: The effective rate of treatment is 100.00%,while the control group is 95.00%.The illness levels after treatment in both groups.Pain of VAS score and JOA score are significantly decreased,the EMG of nerve conduction velocity all increase fast,F wave occurrence rate increases,all with significant differences(p<0.05),the improved and the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:Studies have shown that both groups of methods can eliminate or relieve pain and numbness,promote patients with damaged nerve repair.And the clinical effect of treatment group is better than the control group.The improvement of the EMG of F wave is better than that of pure electric acupuncture therapy.
