Methods(1) This study selected the conform to the standard of diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis patients 63 GASes, conform to the stomach and qi stagnation syndrome 32 GASes of liver, stomach Yin deficiency syndrome, 31 GASes of 30 GASes of normal gastric mucosa as control.(2)By gastroscope under taken on an empty stomach gastric antrum is shrinking the CAG patients with gastric mucosal tissue 5 blocks, including two piece of tissue pathology. Result(1) The GAS in the CAG liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group in the gastric mucosal tissue level is significantly higher than that of normal control group,(P=0.000, P=0.000, P < 0.05), statistically significant; GAS in the CAG liver stomach gastric mucosa tissues level and qi stagnation syndrome group was obviously higher than that of stomach Yin deficiency syndrome group,(P=0.001, P<0.005), statistically significant;(2)The MTL in the CAG liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group in gastric mucosa tissue level is significantly higher than that of normal control group,(P=0.000, P=0.000, P<0.05), statistically significant; MTL in the CAG liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome group of water in the gastric mucosal tissue citizens just below the stomach, Yin deficiency syndrome group(P=0.939, P>0.05), no statistical significance;(3) The SS in the CAG liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group of gastric mucosal tissue level was lower than that in normal control group,(P=0.000, P=0.000, P<0.05), statistically significant; SS in the CAG liver stomach gastric mucosa tissues level and qi stagnation syndrome group was obviously lower than that of stomach Yin deficiency syndrome group,(P=0.006, P<0.006), statistically significant;(4) GAS levels in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infection and gastric mucosa tissues level expression positive group was obviously higher than that of Hp negative groups,(P=0.000, P<0.05), statistically significant; MTL level in Hp infection level of gastric mucosa tissues express positive group was obviously higher than that of negative group,(P=0.000, P<0.05), statistically significant; SS levels in Hp infection level of gastric mucosa tissues express positive group was obviously lower than negative groups,(P=0.001, P<0.05), statistically significant;(5) GAS in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp positive liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group in the gastric mucosal tissue level is significantly higher than that of normal control group,(P=0.000, P=0.000, P<0.05), statistically significant; GAS in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp positive liver stomach gastric mucosa tissues level and qi stagnation syndrome group was obviously higher than that of stomach Yin deficiency syndrome group,(P=0.010, P <0.010), statistically significant;(6) MTL in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp positive liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group of gastric mucosa tissues level is significantly higher than that of normal control group,(P=0.000, P=0.000, P<0.05), statistically significant; MTL in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp positive liver stomach gastric mucosa tissues and qi stagnation syndrome group level was slightly lower than that of stomach Yin deficiency syndrome group,(P=0.306, P>0.306), no statistical significance;(7) SS in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp positive liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group level significantly lower than the normal gastric mucosa tissues,(P=0.000, P=0.000, P < 0.05), statistically significant; SS in chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp positive liver stomach gastric mucosa tissues level and qi stagnation syndrome group was obviously lower than that of stomach Yin deficiency syndrome group,(P=0.028, P<0.05), statistically significant; Conclusions(1)Among different syndrome the CAG GAS, MTL expression in gastric mucosa tissue levels higher than the normal control group, SS expression level is lower than the normal control group;(2)The CAG GAS expression in gastric mucosa tissue levels of liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome group is higher than the stomach Yin deficiency syndrome, SS expression level of liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome group is lower than the stomach Yin deficiency syndrome, MTL expression of liver stomach and qi stagnation syndrome group below the stomach Yin deficiency syndrome;(3) Hp infection can affect gastrointestinal hormone in the CAG expression in gastric mucosa tissue. |
