The Analysis On Clinical Efficacy Of TCM Decoction(Ting Huang Qing Fei Decoction) Combined With Point Sticking In Treating Children With Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective: Mycoplasma pneumonia(mycoplasmal root)is caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae(mycoplasmal root, MP) infection. Occurs in children or adolescents, about 15% ~ 30% of the total number ofpneumonia,popular in up to 40% ~ 60%. Epidemic disease statistics shows that, there is an upward trend in the incidence of the mycoplasma infection. Current clinical treatment for the disease often use the first and second generation of large ring lactone class of drugs, such as erythromycin,luo erythromycin, azithromycin,have a certain effect in improving the signs and symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, but does not eliminate the body’s immune damage and disorder already formed.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has obvious advantages.This research mainly discussed in this paper Huang Qing lung soup with sticking method in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia phlegm heat closed the therapeutic effect of comprehensive evaluation to determine Huang Qing lung soup treating phlegm heat closed type lung pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia treatment, and for the further popularization and application of the formulas research to provide clinical basis.Methods: There are 80 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia phlegm heat closed from the pediatric ward in Hebei province TCM hospital from December 2013 to June 2014 and according to cases selection standard were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, two groups of patients were performed after admission rehydration,cough phlegm(budesonide atomization suspension 1 ml and terbutaline spray atomization inhalation suspension 5 mg add 4 ml saline water) treatment, observation group in the symptomatic treatment on the basisof the above USES to determine Huang Qing lung soup(drugs: the semen lepidii, main ephedra, plaster stone, almond, cordate houttuynia, floslonicerae,radix scutellariae, radix peucedani, Perilla, white mulberry root-bark, giant knotweed), with the back patches(drug composition: Semen lepidii, white mustard, south star, rhubarb, borneol) treatment. Control group on the basis of symptomatic treatment for azithromycin intravenous drip, dose of 10mg/(kg · d), 1 / d, the duration of 4 d after drug withdrawal in 3 d, then giving oral azithromycin treatment, the duration of 4 d after drug withdrawal in 3 d.Two groups of a course of 2 weeks, after the treatment, respectively,compared two groups of children with mild and moderate different patient clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs of improvement, the change of inflammatory factors, and adverse reactions, etc.Results: There was no significant difference between two groups of children with age, gender, disease duration, body weight, the main symptoms,minor symptoms, There was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Observation group total effective rate of 92.5% higher than 75%, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Observe patients were shorter than the control group at fever disappearance time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, cough disappeared time, hospital stay, there is a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The major symptoms of the two groups before treatment situation, secondary symptoms(severity and score) had no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group of the main symptoms of improvement(cough and sputum indicates) and secondary symptoms(complexion, sweating, food intake, tongue like) to improve the situation are better than the control group, the main symptoms of total score,secondary symptoms total scores were lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The two groups before treatment in children with inflammatory factor and the control group the difference of no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group after treatment of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 are lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Observation group doesnot appear in the process of treatment of abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions, level 1 safety evaluation standard.Laboratory examination was abnormal.Control group 5 cases appeared adverse reaction, the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%(5/40), mainly for nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain, etc, to a lesser degree, no impact on treatment.Observation group adverse reaction is less than the control group, both significant difference, statistically significant(χ2= 5.33, P<0.05).Conclusion: Ting Huang Qingfei Decoction with Point Application in Treating Mycoplasma Pneumonia phlegm off the lung’s has a better effect than comparison group, Clinical observations suggest that the study could significantly improve the treatment of children, improve the clinical symptoms and signs, and fewer adverse reactions, and convenient, worthy of promotion.
