Objective:This clinical study, from three aspects of relevant quantitative indicators spasticity, motor function and daily life, make an objective evaluation of curative effect of EMG changes on the magnetic needle combined with plum blossom needle therapy after stroke hemiplegiaspasm. The therapy for clinical prevention of stroke hemiplegia spasm after exacerbationoccurrence and hemiplegia spasm degree provides an effective method of treatment, has good clinical application value, technology promotion, bring considerable economicbenefits for the hospital development.Methods:This study for the standard into 60 cases of clinical research in strict accordance with theprinciple of random, random divided into treatment group and control group two groups,using Ashworth spasm table from spasm extent, evaluation of motor function, daily life ability three aspects of the two experimental groups were concept evaluation and objective record of price. Through the test and the control efficacy of the treatment group of two groups were observed and compared, and the related data for statistical data analysis,draws the related conclusion, study of magnetic needle, with plum blossom needle and in the treatment of post stroke hemiplegic spasticity is curative effect.Results:1. of the total effective rate of the treatment group:the total effective rate was 92.59% in the control group, the total effective rate was 67.86%, the total efficiency of two groups of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), magnetic needle combined with plum blossom needle therapy is better than acupuncture needle in hemiplegia after stroke.2.The spasm degree comparison:3.The 3 movement function comparison:4.Comparison of 4 daily life ability:5.Evaluation of 5 curative effect comparison.Conclusion:Two methods of treatment to hemiplegic spasm were effective, the treatment group than the control group.
