Clinical Observation Of Modified Gua Lou Zhi Shi Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the changes of blood lipids and their effects on quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease treated with modified Gualou Zhishi Decoction,and to explore its clinical efficacy.Methods: All the cases were from 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria of stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease(CHD).They were treated with Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom score,blood lipid level and quality of life score before and after treatment,and the curative effect of angina pectoris after treatment were observed.The reduction rate of nitroglycerin.SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis.Result:1.TCM Syndrome Integral: After treatment and before treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the single score of TCM syndromes decreased significantly compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The effective rate of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin: after treatment,the effective rate of angina pectoris is 68.40%,and the stop rate of nitroglycerin is 76.30%,which can significantly improve the curative effect of angina pectoris and reduce the use of nitroglycerin.3.Quality of life: After treatment,compared with before treatment,the physical function,body pain,overall health and mental health were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant improvement in physiological function,vitality,social function and emotional function(P>0.05).4.Blood lipid: After treatment,total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),while other lipids such as triglyceride(TG),high densitylipoprotein(HDL-C),apolipoprotein did not change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Fructus Trichosanthes and Fructus Aurantii Decoction can improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,angina pectoris and nitroglycerin stopping rate in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-blood stasis type).2.Modified Gualou Zhishi Decoction can improve the physical function,body pain,overall health and mental health of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome).3.Modified Gualou Zhishi Decoction can regulate blood lipid level in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis type).
