Chinese Massage Combined With Curvature Traction Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:to explore Chinese medicine massage combined with traction in the treatment of abnormal curvature of cervical spondylosis with the physiological curvature of curative effect. Elaborated in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, correct the abnormal physiological curvature of cervical spine has the positive significance, providing a new method for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis and treatment.Methods:this study to cervical spondylosis patients as the research object, using the random number table method were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group 30 cases, the observation group USES the Chinese medicine massage combined with curvature bond neck lumbar traction treatment, the control group by the combined traditional Chinese massage seat traction treatment. To treat the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs before and after the points difference and improve index, pain score, the value of cervical physiological curvature as observation indexes. After 20 days, curative effect evaluation was carried out. Between group and group, before and after treatment, using SPSS21.0 statistical processing, research of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with traction treatment of cervical spondylosis accompanied by abnormal curvature of the physiological curvature of the clinical curative effect observation.Results:observation group and control group, and improve the clinical symptoms and signs integral difference index comparison, the comparison of pain score, and cervical physiological curvature difference comparison of before and after treatment with significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group compared with control group (P<0.05), the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Chinese massage combined with curvature traction can obviously improve the clinical signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients better relieve pain degree, has good therapeutic effect. Better than the control group.2. Chinese massage combined with traction on cervical curvature of the physiological curvature of improved significantly better than the control group.3. Chinese massage combined with traction and massage of TCM curvature of traditional and traction for the treatment of cervical spondylosis have effect, but the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with traction treatment of cervical spondylosis accompanied by abnormal curvature of the physiological curvature of the overall curative effect is better.
