This article to puerarin and ginseng pills as the research basis, from the compatibility before and after the change of the main flavonoids composition in the liquid as the breakthrough point, and through the in vitro antioxidant activity and pharmacodynamics experiment preliminary discussion of the rationality and feasibility of compatibility. Hope can through the screening compatibility proportion,get the best compatibility proportion puerarin and ginseng.According to the following weight ratio puerarin-ginseng 1:1, puerarin-ginseng 1:2,puerarin-ginseng1:3,puerarin-ginseng1:4,puerarin-ginseng1:5,puerarin-ginseng5:1, puerarin-ginseng4:1, puerarin-ginseng3:1,puerarin-ginseng2:1, puerarin and ginseng. Through 70% ethanol as the solvent reflux extraction,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method is used to determination of puerarin,daidzein and soybean content. When puerarin-ginseng1:3 proportion, the content of puerarin and daidzein reached the highest. When puerarin-ginseng3:1ratio, daidzein yuan to the highest levels. In vitro antioxidant experiment, the ratio of the extract of hydroxyl free radical ability and super oxide free radical removal performance of different level removal ability. Comprehensive analysis shows that puerarin-ginseng1:3 proportion as the optimal object. By hypoxia in mice experiment, hypoxia tolerance ability of different groups: Isosorbide Mononitrate > ginseng > puerarin-ginseng1:3 low-dose group > puerarin-ginseng 1:3 high dose group, ginseng can increase the puerarin hypoxia ability together, puerarin of ginseng no synergies. While puerarin-ginseng 1:3 in mice blood anoxic resistance ability than isosorbide mononitrate, but very significant difference compared with isopropyl adrenaline(P< 0.01), the ratio of that formula has certain rationality, curative effect is better. But lower through against myocardial ischemia of rats T wave, positive drug group of T wave in 15 s to 5 min time reduced significantly(P<0.05, in addition to the30 s,1 min(P<0.01), puerariaeginseng3:1 ratio low dose group and puerarin-ginseng 3:1 ratio of high dose group respectively in 15 s to 10 min period T wave reduced(P<0.05, in addition to the 30 s P <0.01) and 15 s to 5 min time T wave reduced(P<0.05, in addition to the 30 s, 1 min, P <0.01), puerariae-ginseng 3:1 as the best compatibility proportion.To sum up, in hypoxia mice experiments, puerariae-ginseng 3:1 ratio in hypoxia ability is behind the compatibility of puerariae-ginseng1:3 proportion, analysis may be ginseng in the matching proportion of big, so the puerarin-ginseng1:3 proportion shows advantages in hypoxia tolerance ability. Ratio of traditional Chinese medicine is not only a simple chemical composition and, although the compatibility of puerariae-ginseng1:3 proportion of puerarin and daidzein is superior to the content of puerarin and daidzein puerariae-ginseng ratio of 3:1, but the effect of drug is a function of comprehensive, in against myocardial ischemia experiments, puerariaeginseng 3:1 group compared with positive drug group different isosorbide mononitrate curative effect, that ratio is reasonable, have certain curative effect, is worth further research.
