| Objesctive: To research the effects of atomization inhalation of xinjiang uygur medicine vernonia anthelminitica willd injection(VAWI) on the level of fractional of exhaled nitric oxide of silicosis,then to observe its change.Methods: we selected 60 silicosis patients from the fifth affiliated hospital in xinjiang province from January 2014 to september 2015.they were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the VAWI treatment group according to the proportion of 1:1.Another 30 physical examination health persons as the normal control group. the conventional treatment group were given conventional treatment, including oxygen therapy mechanical ventilation,relieving a cough, eliminating phlegm, anti-inflammatory and so on.the VAWI treatment group on the basis of conventional drugs was given 2 ml VAWI join the 10 ml of0.9% saline by atomization inhalation, one time one day,the course of Treatment were all for ten days.To measure the level of FENO of subjects, recording both before and after measure the patients FENO results and drug adverse reactions,then statistical analysis according to the results.Results:the differences of age, height and body weight,smoking indence with three groups had no statistical significance(p>0.05). FENO levels with the routine treatment group and VAWI treatment group were all higher than that of normal control group before treament,the difference had statistically significant(p<0.017). FENO level with the routine treatment group than VAW treatment group before treament, the difference had no statistically significant(p>0.017). FENO level with the routine treatment group than normal control group after treament, the difference had statistically significant(p<0.017).But FENO level with the routine treatment were higher than that of VAW treatment group after treament group.the difference had statistically significant(p <0.017). FENO level with VAW treatment group compared with the normal control group,the difference had no statistically significant(p>0.017).Conclusion: VAWI can reduce insect repellent dove silicosis patients NO breath levels, has clinicalvalue.Chrysanthemum can reduce the level of fhction of exhaled nitric oxide of silicosis and may have a certain anti fibrosis effect and have a certain clinical research value. |
