Purpose:Through randomized controlled study, evaluation auricular apex bloodletting therapy to treat liver Yang syndrone type 1 level primary hypertension the intervention of the role, and discussed the possible mechanism of action.Methods:Screening of 66 cases of liver Yang syndrone typel 1 level primary hypertension patients with essential hypertension, randomly divided into two groups,33 cases (control group) and traditional Chinese medicine group auricular apex bloodletting group (treatment group) of 33 cases. At the same time of foundation treatment, the treatment group to auricular apex bloodletting therapy, treatment, the next day or so ear, treatment 3 times a week,12 (1 month) for a period of treatment. Control group to the Chinese traditional medicine gastrodia elata uncaria drink treatment, water decoction, 1 agent, every day for 4 weeks,1 month for a period of treatment. Were recorded before and after treatment, treatment after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment, treatment after 3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment the blood pressure change, change and adverse reaction of TCM symptom score. Comparison of two groups of patients with blood pressure change and curative effects.Results:1. Auricular apex bloodletting group and traditional Chinese medicine can improve liver Yang syndrone type 1 level of patients with essential hypertension limb dizzy, headache, mouth pain, mood and other symptoms.2. Auricular apex bloodletting and medicines are both can reduce the liver Yang syndrone type 1 patients with primary hypertension systolic blood pressure values. The two groups before treatment, after treatment, treatment after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment, treatment after 3 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment of systolic blood pressure value comparison, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).3. Auricular apex bloodletting and medicines are both can reduce the liver Yang syndrone type 1 patients with essential hypertension diastolic blood pressure values. The two groups before treatment, after treatment, treatment after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment, treatment after 3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment of diastolic pressure value comparison, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).4. Auricular apex bloodletting group total effective rate 96.55%, Chinese medicine group total effective rate 79.31%, by the chi-square test is similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05).5. Auricular apex bloodletting group of patients with no adverse reaction occurred,1 patients with Chinese medicine group are nausea,2 cases of stomach bloated adverse reactions, the chi-square is similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Auricular apex bloodletting and traditional Chinese medicine can improve the liver Yang syndrone type 1 symptoms of primary hypertension.2. Auricular apex bloodletting and traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the liver Yang syndrone type 1 level of primary hypertension blood pressure value, and auricular apex bloodletting curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).3. Auricular apex bloodletting and traditional Chinese medicine has the long-term curative effect, and auricular apex bloodletting curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).4. TCM symptoms auricular apex bloodletting group total effective rate 90.00%, total effective rate 76.67%, Chinese medicine group of TCM symptom of the chi-square test is similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05)5. Auricular apex bloodletting group and Chinese medicine adverse reaction comparison:auricular apex bloodletting group security is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
