The Study Of Acupoint Injection Treatment To Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

ObjectiveThrough the clinical efficacy of the acupoint injection treatment to blood stasis syndrome of lumbar disc herniation observation, and makes comparison with acupuncture and acupoint injection on the treatment of blood stasis syndrome lumbar disc herniation of safety, effectiveness and superiority, to provide new ideas and methods to acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniationMethodsThis study made patients with blood stasis syndrome of lumbar disc herniation cases from January 2015 to December 2015 in Guangdong Hospital of TCM acupuncture clinic. Adopts the design of clinical randomized compare experiment were included 83 effective cases, using simple random method assigned to two groups:treatment group 43 cases, control group 40 cases. Treatment group takes salvia miltiorrhiza injection to acupoint injection:take the same side of Shenshu and Dachangshu, and to inject 1 ml per point, and take bilateral points alternately. The control group uses the same acupoint with treatment group, and retaining needle for 30 minutes. One course which makes three times per week for 4 weeks, has 12 treatments in total. The Oswestry disability index (ODI), pain visual analog scale (VAS) and "standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine" are used to the curative effect evaluation. Takes evaluation for four time points:before treatment, treatment after two weeks,after treatment and after the end of the treatment one month. SPSS18.0 statistical software is adopted to establish the database for analysis. Methods of analysis including Count data two groups total effective use chi-square test, measurement data sample ratio is similar between the two groups in accordance with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance using t test, do not accord with normal distribution using rank and inspection, measurement data using a repeated measures analysis of variance, the comparison of difference of two independent samples using rank and inspection.ResultsWithout statistically significant difference, patients’general information and VAS and ODI before treatment between treatment group and control group are comparable. By observing two groups of VAS score, VAS score after treatment can be concluded that patients have a downward trend, there are differences between the different observation points of VAS score (P< 0.05), suggesting the two methods of treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of pain has improved, and the treatment group compared with control group, treatment group has more influences on VAS score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). By comparing the VAS score difference between two points in a row, the treatment group VAS score decreased more than the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group improved to pain. Observed two groups of ODI score, ODI scores were decreased after treatment in patients with different observation points of ODI score difference (P<0.05), suggesting two treatment methods to improve the dysfunction caused by lumbar disc prolapse have curative effect, and through the comparison between groups, the treatment group has a greater impact to the ODI score, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). By comparing the ODI score difference between two points in a row, the treatment group ODI score decreased more than the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group to improve dysfunction degree is bigger. At the end of the treatment, treatment group’s cure rate was 9.3%, and total effective rate was 93.0%. The control group’s cure rate was 5.0%, and total effective rate was 70.0%. Comnpared by the chi-square test, the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05);After one month follow-up treatment, treatment group’s cure rate was 11.6%, and total effective rate was 90.7%. The control group’s cure rate was 2.5%, and the total effective rate was 70.0%. Comnpared by the chi-square test, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).ConelusionUsing salvia miltiorrhiza injection to acupoint injection as well as simple acupuncture have the clinical curative effect to blood stasis syndrome of lumbar disc herniation, but acupoint injection on pain relief and improve function obstacle is superior to simple acupuncture.
