Objective: On the basis of scientific and standardized design, this topic aims to broaden new thinking and methods for clinical treatment of lumbar 5/ sacral 1 disc herniation by observing the clinical efficacy of "Yaoshu acupoint injection in treating lumbar 5/ sacral 1 disc herniation".Methods: Sixty-four inpatients with lumbar 5/ sacral 1 disc herniation were selected.Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups, one treatment group and the other control group, with 32 patients in each group.Treatment group: "Yaoshu acupoint injection" acupuncture treatment, the course of treatment is once a week,a total of 2courses.Control group: conventional acupuncture was used, with Shenshu(double),Weizhong(double),Dachangshu(double),Ashi as main points,TDP irradiation, needle retention for 30 minutes,6 times a week, rest for one day(one course of treatment),a total of 2 courses of treatment. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and the modified Japan Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Scale(M-JOA)were recorded before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of each patient was evaluated according to the Diagnostic Efficacy Standard of TCM Diseases and Syndrome. Two courses of treatment were taken as the treatment period, and the data were analyzed by SPSS software after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of 1.VAS value:After treatment, the low back pain and radiation pain of lower limbs were reduced in both groups, indicating that both the treatment group and the control group can effectively reduce the low back pain and radiation pain of lower limbs in patients with lumbar 5/ sacral 1 disc herniation(P < 0.05).Comparing the difference of VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment,it can be seen that the treatment group is more effective than the control group in reducing low back pain and radiation pain of lower limbs(P<0.05).2.Comparison of M-JOA scores: After two courses of treatment, the scores of subjective symptoms, objective signs and activities of daily living of patients in the two groups decreased, indicating that the two treatment schemes are effective in reducing M-JOA scores of patients with lumbar 5/ sacral 1 disc herniation(all P<0.05).However,after comparing the scores between the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that the treatment plan in the treatment group had a more significant effect in reducing the score of M-JOA(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the effective rate of the treatment group was96.77%,while that of the control group was 84.38%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group, indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment scheme in the treatment group was more significant.4.Comparison of recurrence rate: The patients in the two groups were followed up one month after treatment, among which 5 cases recurred in the control group, and the recurrence rate was 18.52%.One case recurred in the treatment group, with a recurrence rate of 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group, suggesting that the long-term curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The pain, lumbar M-JOA and clinical efficacy of patients with lumbar 5/sacral 1 disc herniation were significantly improved by "Yaoshu acupoint injection" therapy and ordinary acupuncture therapy, but the effect of "Yaoshu acupoint injection" therapy was more obvious in reducing pain and lumbar M-JOA score, and the long-term effect was also more significant.
