The Curative Effect Evaluation And Living Quality Influence Of The Xu’s Liver Clearing And Stomach Harmonizing Decoction Combined With Paste Lying Taking Method In Treating Reflux Esophagitis

Object:The research is meant to discuss the clinical experience of XuJingfan treating reflux esophagitis by observing the curative effect and influence on living quality of the method called liver clearing and stomach harmonizing combing with paste lying taking method.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,57 cases of RE patients who visited the doctor in general medicine department at Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.28 cases were randomized into treatment group and the other 29 cases were randomized into control group. The treatment group patients were treated by XuShi liver clearing and stomach harmonizing formula(a dose for each meal,2 times a day). At the same time, the control group patients were treated by Omeprazole(20mg bid, half an hour before meals) and Almagate Suspension(15ml tid).Each therapeutic method persisted 8 weeks. After observing the treatment symptoms and life quality integral pre-therapy and post-treatment, a database can be established and the analysis can be done by the data. Both group of patients were not allowed to take other medicine regarding to this disease to prevent affecting the results of the analysis.Results:1.The effective rate of treatment group is 78.57% and the control group is 82.76. The difference of the groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).2.The pre-therapy and post-treatment clinical symptom of the treatment group has significant difference(P<0.01), and so has the control group. The integral of TCM symptom after treatment has statistical significance among the two groups (P<0.05). The integral of TCM symptom of the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Both the two groups have significant difference in improving the life quality integral (P<0.05).After the treatment, the life quality integral of the two groups has significant difference (P<0.01).4. Comparing the integral of 3 months’ post-treatment with the integral of 8 weeks’post-treatment, the integral of 3 months’ Post-treatment has statistical significance (P<0.01)Conclusion:The method of Xu’s liver clearing and stomach harmonizing formula combing with paste lying position direction can improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis by repairing the esophageal mucosa and reducing the recurrence rate of reflux esophagitis. The curative effect is better than Almagate Suspension and is deserved to be popularized.
