Study On The Effect Of Acupuncture On The Recovery Of Brain Injury Coma

Objective:Verify Su Liao dominated the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of craniocerebral injury coma, to form a set of Su Liao based on recovery of the new scheme.Methods:the patients in the study were from in the Department of Neurosurgery; the Affiliated Hospital of 2015 January 2015 in December of Putian University, diagnosed by western medicine diagnosis of craniocerebral injury coma patients, choose subjects met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases. According to receiving acupuncture promoting recovery treatment has the sequence is divided to two groups. The treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, treatment group and control group respectively by Liao based acupuncture and "Xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture treatment, the thorn needle for half an hour, every 10 minutes a time line, treated once a day,5 times a week, rest for 2 days,10 times for a course of treatment. Respectively on the two group patients recovery precursor specific clinical manifestations, before treatment, after 42 days and 84 days of coma GCS score, recovery time, recovery rate, clinical curative effect and significantly more rate were recorded, the data obtained using SPSS 18.0 statistical software for processing, according to the calculated results to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:(1) the treatment group than the control group, P< 0.01, has a certain significance to promote the awakening.(2) GCS score:two group multivariate test results for P< 0.05, time* group P< 0.05; main effect of test results for (P< 0.05). Each time point on GCS score in two groups comparing results for:before treatment, P> 0.05, that between the two groups before treatment had no statistical difference, treatment on day 42 and 84 days were p< 0.05, indicating that the two groups are significantly different.(3) the recovery time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group, P< 0.05.(4) the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, P< 0.05; the treatment group and the control group were 40% and 16.7% respectively, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, P< 0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture on craniocerebral injury coma in promoting revival of curative effect mainly with acupuncture Su Liao, compared with the control group wake promoting effect is obvious and acupuncture manipulation is simple and safe, with certain clinical value and application prospect.
