Clinical Research On Chronic Fatigue Syndrome With Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen With Point-Through-Point Therapy Of Scalp Combined With Body Acupuncture

Objective:To observe of head point-through-point therapy combined with body acupuncture for according to the TCM symptom integral,FS-14 and FAI.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with deficiency of heart and spleen of chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(head point-through-point therapy combined with body acupuncture) and control group(common acupuncture group)with 30 cases in each group. All patients were taken a daily treatment with a course of treatment for10 days.And then took a day off.All patients had been took a continuous treatment of 3 periods.TCM symptom integral,FS-14 and FAI were used to observe the clinical curative effect of each patient before and after treatment.Results:1.Clinical treatment group total effective rate was 90%,control group total effective rate was 70%,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The score of FAI were reduced after treatment in both groups.It had statistical difference in comparison with before treatment(P<0.01).And the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group((P<0.05).3.The score of FS-14 were reduced after treatment in both groups.It had statistical difference in comparison with before treatment(P<0.01).And the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group((P<0.05).4.The score of TCM symptom integral were reduced after treatment in both groups.It had statistical difference in comparison with before treatment(P<0.01).And the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group((P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of head point-through-point therapy combined with body acupuncture group and common acupuncture group were obvious.And the head point-through-point therapy combined with body acupuncture group is better.It prove that this method can increase the treatment efficiency.2.Head point-through-point therapy combined with body acupuncture group can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with deficiency of heart and spleen of chronic fatigue syndrome,and reduce the degree of fatigue.
