Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Infertility Patients With Endometriosis By The Method Of Bushen Huoxue Sequential Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms, signs, endocrine hormone levels and other objective indicators of infertility patients with endometriosis treated by the method of Bushen Huoxue sequential therapy. It reveals that this method can promote the clinical curative effect of follicular development and endometrial receptivity. To seek a more effective treatment method for the treatment of endometriosis infertility with Chinese Medicine.Method:40 cases of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (Ziyin Huoxue Recipe+nourishing kidney promote row+Bushen Zhuyun Decoction) and control group (Guizhi Fuling Capsule+blood tonifying capsule), Chinese medicine group 20 cases, control group 20 cases,2 cycles. Before and after treatment, respectively, from the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, follicle’s size under B-mode ultrasonography, ovarian artery blood flow, endometrial thickness and morphological changes on the day of ovulation, the sex hormone levels(E2, P and LH)of mid luteal phase, we can observe that the method of Bushen Huoxue sequential therapy can improve the clinical symptoms, adjust the female reproductive endocrine, promote follicular development and improve the efficacy of endometrial receptivity, and the clinical pregnancy rate.Results:After treatment of 40 patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with infertility due to Endometriosis, TCM syndrome, clinical symptoms and signs, thickness and shape of the uterus, ovarian blood flow index, the sex hormone levels(E2, P and LH)of mid luteal phase of patients with the treatment were significantly improved. The Chinese medicine group was better, the total effective rate was 85%, and the pregnancy rate was 30%, significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue therapy can regulate the endocrine level of patients with infertility caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis, promote the growth and development of the endometrium and ovarian follicles, and improve the clinical pregnancy rate. The traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to control group. It shows that on the basis of invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation, combined with sequential therapy, the effect is better. Bushen Huoxue sequential therapy is an effective method for the treatment of infertility caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
