Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction In Improving Endometrial Receptivity In Patients With PCOS

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction on endometrial receptivity（ER）in patients with PCOS.Objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of endometrial receptivity in patients with PCOS and analysis of its causes,in order to provide an effective treatment for clinical improvement of PCOS and poor endometrial receptivity,and bring gospel to the majority of women.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,he was collected from the gynecological clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients with PCOS were diagnosed by ultrasound.They met the inclusion criteria,filled out the observation form of the study,and gave Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction for treatment.Take 3 months as a course of treatment,continuous medication for 3months（confirm pregnancy during the drug withdrawal）.Methods before and after treatment,the ultrasonic indexes of the patients before and after treatment were compared,including the intimal thickness,type,subintimal blood flow and PI value of uterine spiral artery before and after treatment.The Salle score before and after treatment was compared,and the changes of TCM symptoms,menstrual cycle,serum sex hormone and LH/FSH ratio were compared and analyzed.The statistical analysis was carried out by IBMSPSS25.0,and the econometric data were described by X±S.according to the characteristics of the data,nonparametric test or pairing t test were selected,and 2 tests were used to show that the difference was statistically significant,P>0.05 showed that the difference was not statistically significant,and P<0.05 showed that there was significant difference.Result:Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction was used to treat 28patients with PCOS with deficiency and blood stasis of kidney and blood stasis complicated with poor endometrial receptivity.All the indexes were recorded and analyzed statistically 3 months later.Comprehensive evaluation of curative effect showed that 4 cases were cured（14.28%）,of which 2 cases were pregnant,the total effective rate was 85.72%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 84.62%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 85.72%.There were 2 people with a full score of 20 on the Salle score.The total effective rate was 80.76%.The changes of single ultrasound were as follows:on the day of ovulatory after treatment,7-11mm accounted for the vast majority,accounting for 73.07%;After treatment,type A intima accounted for 61.53%,type B intima 19.23%,type C intima 19.23%respectively.76.92%of the patients had intimal blood flow after treatment.PI value of uterine artery pulsation index decreased to 2.54±2.44（P<0.01）.The improvement of serum sex hormone:the changes of FSH,LH,LH/FSH,T were significantly different from those before treatment（P<0.05）.E₂,PRL were not significantly different from pre-treatment（P>0.05）.The menstrual cycle was significantly improved（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction is effective in the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,which can not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms and menstrual cycle of patients,but also increase the intimal thickness on ovulatory day,improve the type and blood flow of uterus,decrease the beating index（PI）,of uterine artery and improve the Salle score,so that the receptivity of uterus can be improved.At the same time,the levels of FSH,LH,T and LH/FSH in serum were improved to some extent.And the safety is high during the treatment period,there is no obvious adverse reaction,which makes up for the deficiency of western medicine in the treatment of this disease.Thus it can be seen that traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of this disease,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
