Clinical Observation Of Jia Wei Chai Shao Lu Jun Zi Diecoction In Teating Bile Refulx Gastritis Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jia Wei Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi decoction on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients who conformed to diagnostic standards were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases).The control group received Hydrotalcid and Mosapride.The treatment group was treated with Jia Wei Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi decoction at the same time. After continuous treatment for 8 weeks, each patient underwent gastroscopy once again for review.By comparing the single symptom score, the total symptom score, the traditional chinese medicine score,the grade of bile reflux and gastroscopy score before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effect of both groups.Results:The comparation on gender, age, course of the disease, the grade of bile reflux under endoscopy of the two groups before treatment were no statistical differences (P> 0.05).Both groups did not appear adverse reactions.The comparison of the total symptom score of both groups showed a significant statistical difference before and after treatment (P< 0.01).The comparison of the curative effect to improve the clinical symptoms among the treatment group showed a significant statistical difference before and after treatment (P< 0.01).The comparison of the curative effect on improving symptoms as stomachache,abdominal distension,dry mouth,bitter taste,inappetence,belching,emotional lability among the control group showed a significant statistical difference before and after treatment(P< 0.01),which showed statistical difference in improving fatigue(P< 0.05). The comparison of the total symptom score between the two groups present significant statistical difference after treatment (P< 0.01).Compared with the control group,the curative efficacy on improving symptoms as stomachache or abdominal distension was more prominent (P< 0.01),which was also obvious on improving symptoms as dry mouth,bitter taste,inappetence,belching,emotional lability,fatigue(P< 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the grade of bile reflux under endoscopy and gastroscopy score between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jia Wei Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi decoction could significantly relieve clinical symptoms of bile reflux gastritis of liver depression and spleen deficiency and was superior to the control group on the treatment of stomachache or abdominal distension.All above,Jia Wei Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi decoction was worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
