The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine On Post-stroke Depression

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of "acupuncture combine with medicine" treatment of depression after stroke(PSD),to evaluate the degree of nervous function recovery of patients and the improvement of symptoms of depression, the prognosis and adverse reaction rate.Methods:64 PSD were divided into an acupuncture-treatment group and the control group randomly.Based on the conventional treatment of neurology, treatment group was selected with "acupuncture combine with medicine", acupuncture-treatment from Monday to Saturday,once everyday for four weeks,and according to the instructions of oral treatment with fluoxetine,and the control group referred to use the medicine as same as treatment group until 4 weeks later. Before and after of the treatment, We evaluated the severity of depression by using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24).The Chinese stroke scale (CSS) was used to evaluate the patients’degree of nerve function defect. In addition,before and after the treatment or at the time of four weeks later,three month later and six month later,we contrasted the scale scores between the groups or in the group.We compared the scores of the correlation,safety evaluation and patients’ recurrence of depression’s degree,all data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:1、The scores of CSS before treatment in the experimental group and control group were 5.09±4.083 and 5.97±5.026; The scores of CSS after treatment in the experimental group and control group were 1.69±1.822 and 3.47±4.340; The scores of CSS in two groups have a significant difference between before and after treatment (P<0.05).The total clinical curative efficiency was 93.75% and 75.00%, which has significance in statistics (P<0.05).It illustrates that "acupuncture combine with medicine" can significantly recover the neurological function.2、The scores of HAMD-24 before treatment in the experimental group and control group were 18.25±7.792 and 17.53±6.5459.19±6.990 和 13.06±7.739; The scores of HAMD-24 after treatment in the experimental group and control group were 9.19±6.990 and 13.06±7.739;After the treatment, the scores of HAMD-24 in two groups of patients were significantly decreased.Compared to pre-treatment,the comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of HAMD-24 in two groups have statistically significant(P<0.05), it proves that the two methods are equivalent. And "Acupuncture combined with medicine" Compared to the simple application of fluoxetine is more effectively3、There is little change in the scores of HAMD-24 in two groups between the 3 months later and the time after 4 weeks,and the comparison within group has no statistical significance(P>0.05).And the scores of HAMD-24 in the experimental group in the 6 months later compared with that after 4 weeks has no statistical significance (P>0.05).However, within control group has statistical significance(P<0.05).Description of intervention in the two kinds of method of treatment,the experimental group is better,which suggests that "XNKQ acupuncture therapy" effects significantly in the prevention of recurrent.4、The incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were 3.13% and 18.75% during the treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05), it shows that the "Acupuncture combined with medicine" has a lower side-effect.The high safety makes it more easily accepted by patients.Conclusion:"Acupuncture combined with medicine" for the stroke after the recovery of neural function improved efficacy and severity of depression in patients with significant depression, and the prognosis is better, good stability, less adverse reactions.
