| Background: Tibetan medicine has a long and splendid history, which makes great important contribution to the health of the Tibetan plateau for thousand years. The wise ancestors of Tibetan medicine research on Tibetan Medicine Pharmacological Mechanism, which contains the six flavors(ro drug), three(zhu rjes gsum), eight efficacy(nus pa brgyad), seventeen effect(yon tan bju bdun) concepts for treating many general and specific diseases, which is known as gems of traditional medicine. Abiding by inheritance and innovation of Tibetan medicine policy, research attaches great importance to rational drug use, generalized treatment plan, improve medical quality and Tibetan Medicine Quality standardization. So that combined with Tibetan classical and modern science, reasonable quantization to Tibetan medicine pharmacological mechanism is the important task and difficulties for rational drug use, new drug research and many other areas. Objective: Tibetan medicine has has a unique theory of source of the pharmaceutical raw materials, seventeen effects(yon tan bju bdun) and principles of medicine. Through this research set up a basic data frame by relationship between Tibetan medicine pharmacological concepts like five sources(Jongba), the six flavors(ro drug), three(zhu rjes gsum), eight efficacy(nus pa brgyad), seventeen effects(yon tan bju bdun).then applying to explore how to quantify other medicine formulas in classic Tibetan medicine books is general goal, which specific goal are:1, analyzing the prognosis of Tibetan medicine pharmacology theory. 2 explaining the core regulation of Tibetan medicine pharmacological mechanism.3. Showing relationship between Tibetan medicine pharmacological concepts like five sources(Jongba), the six flavors(ro drug), three(zhu rjes gsum), eight efficacy(nus pa brgyad), seventeen effects(yon tan bju bdun). 4. Speculating regulation of Tibetan medicine formulas in classical prescriptions.5. Discussing design Tibetan medicine new drug research and development. Methods: By Literature research: 1. Based on(dpal ldan rgyud bzhi),(skyems pavi vbru vgrel),(devu dmar gso rig gces btus)and other ancient Tibetan medicine classical books, organizing and summing up effects, tastes, flavor effect nature effect concepts for setting up data relationship.2. Organizing Tibetan medicine classical Tibetan medicine books, which including maximum medicine formulas are(zin tig nor bu ke ta ka),(bod sman tshad gzhi)and bdud rtsavi bum bzang for summing up regulation of the formula.By Clinical research: 1. testing the relationship between six tastes and seventeen effect by quality data is accorded with concepts of classical Tibetan medicine books.2. Analyzing different medicine’s characteristic of adding supplementary formula like(sbyor tshad),(kha tshar)’s function with main formula.3. Used IBM SPSS statistics, classification. The mean K- type for testing twenty two formulas from three classical books which characteristic describe by warm, cold, medium accord with concepts of classical Tibetan medicine books.4. Based on the relationship between seventeen effects and twenty characteristics to setting preliminary quantitative data for three Nyeba. Results: through literature research: 1. the cognition development of Tibetan formulas taste function can be divided into two stages, which are recognized by intuitive feeling in Early time stage and 8-11 century’s formatting profound theoretical knowledge of Tibetan formulas taste function.2. Finding by Tibetan Medicine Pharmacological Mechanism in which the five element, the six tastes, three after digestions, seventeen effects have different and prominent effects on the three stages of disease prognosis.About the relationship between the six tastes and seventeen effect’s qualitative data source: 1. Proving the regulation of Tibetan medicine formula followed it’s concepts of classic Tibetan medicine.2. Summing up the function of medicine by classic Tibetan medicine accord with qualitative data. 3. Preliminary data of three Nyba’s character agrees with the concepts which describe in classic Tibetan medicine books. Likewise, The formula function for treating(Gcin snyi za khu) disease describe in classic Tibetan medicine book accord with deduced formula function in qualitative data source by analyzing characteristic of(Gcin snyi za khu)disease(p≤0.01).Conclusion: Tibetan medicine pharmacological mechanism of the data mining method can be applied to commonly used medicine, such as the aspect of six tastes and seventeen effects comparison research, also can guide the development of new drugs research. And can be based on the cause of the diseases, function of commonly used medicine, summing symptoms to quantify the twenty characteristic of the diseases, and there are many other advantages etc. |
