ObjectiveTo investigate changes in the degree of anxiety and depression before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease and the effect of psychological intervention on the patients with PCI.MethodsThe subjects were collected from June 2015 to December 2014 in department of cardiovascular medicine,Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital and 70 patients undergoing coronary angiography(CAG) were diagnosed with coronary heart disease.PCI group was patients with the coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography and received PCI treatment.36 cases were selected, of whom 26 were male patients, 10 cases were female patients and the average age was 53± 18.2 years old.In the control group, 34 cases undergoing the coronary angiography indicated that there was no need for PCI treatment, including 19 males and 15 females, with average age of 62.1 + 10.5 years old.At the stage of psychological intervention, the patients in PCI group were randomly divided into intervention group(18 cases) and non intervention group(18 cases). 1-3D before operation and 4W after operation, All patients filled out Hamilton anxiety and depression scale. At the stage of psychological intervention, in non intervention group patients were received routine drug therapy including aspirin, clopidogrel, Ruishufatuo atorvastatin calcium after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).On this basis, the intervention group was given psychological intervention(specific intervention method based on "medical psychology"), to explore the changes of anxiety and depression state in patients after PCI and the effect of intervention.Result1.The degree of anxiety and depression with patients in group PCI were more serious than the patients of control group.2.The anxiety score of the control group was slightly lower than that before operation, but no significant change in the depression score. The anxiety and depression score of PCI group was significantly higher than that before operation.3.Psychological intervention can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients after PCI.Conclusion1. Patients with PCI were significantly more anxious and depressed than those who did not receive the intervention.2.There was a positive correlation between anxiety and depression in the patients with PCI treatment.3.Psychological intervention can significantly improve the anxiety of the patients after PCI treatment, but no significant effect on improving the state of depression were detected.
