Cultural and Creative Industry means the creative economy or culturalindustry. It is a new industry which was a “fission” product by thepost-industrial culture industry. Cultural and Creative Industries is developingrapidly in metropolis. They promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,the city innovation ability; and the sustainable development of the city. Thevigorous development directly promoted the rise of creative industryagglomeration areas.Now, the direction of research: creative industry agglomeration areasplanning, the model and mechanism of its, creative industry agglomerationareas and urban regeneration. There are some literatures about the integrationof creative industry and urban tourism, however, it is a virgin area in theintegration study about creative industry agglomeration areas and the urbanleisure space. This paper based on exploring for the integration paths andinteraction between of the creative industries and urban leisurespace,summarized developmental classes of their integrations including coupling,embedded and symbiotic type. The emergence of creative industryagglomeration areas prompted urban leisure space structure’s optimization,new shape of urban space landscape and also continued the urban context.This article focused on the case study of three creative industry agglomerationareas in Quanzhou city. And this article gives several results:“Yuanhe1916”creative industry agglomeration area belongs to “cultural production” typewhich leads to the transformation of the old industry, the continuation of theurban context.“LingSHOWTiandi” creative industry agglomeration areabelongs to “cultural consumption” type which was adapted to the urban middleclass’s demand for leisure experience and innovation, So it shaped a newleisure space for young and middle aged people in city.“Jin show” garden madea “Southern Fujian culture consumption-space” which is the way to know aboutthe local culture for the tourists. It also filled the blank of Quanzhou citytourism with cultural interaction and cultural commodity consumption. Thisarea made tourists would like to stay here and consume more, and it’s a perfectplace for the locals to join traditional culture activities and get rich leisureexperiences.This paper provided reasonable development suggestions according to thefollowing problems appeared in the integration of creative industryagglomeration areas and city leisure:(1)The number and type of servicefacilities that do not meet the public demand for leisure in the agglomerationareas;(2) There are problems in leisure atmosphere and marketing;(3) Spatial layout problems.For the problem,the paper presents the rationality of theproposal and measures: With the help of city image analysis, the creativeindustry agglomeration areas in Quanzhou should strengthen the main line of“culture and creative”,adjust and add bus lines,highlighting the landscapeimage, infrastructure and increase public outreach efforts....
