Anchored instruction theory emphasizes the teaching in the real or similar to the realsituation, to encourage students to self-study, pay attention to the cultivation of students’autonomous learning ability. In recent years, anchored instruction theory was applied tomany disciplines, which has made great achievement.In this paper, the author tries toapply anchored instruction theory to intermediate spoken Chinese classroom teaching,hoping to provide a practical form of the classroom teaching of Chinese as a foreignlanguage for intermediate oral Chinese class.This paper stematically discusses the meaning of anchored instruction theory, andthe applicability of the anchored instruction theory into the class of intermediate oralChinese, the results of implement of anchored theory into the teaching of intermediateoral Chinese, And the results of class teaching and the satisfaction of students wasanalyzed inform of questionnaire.Based on the above content, the author summarizes the practical experience, putforward some own suggestions on anchored instruction theory when applied to theintermediate oral Chinese teaching in the classroom, hope to provide a reference point forthe feasibility of intermediate oral Chinese classroom.This paper is divided into five parts, four chapters.The first part: introduction. In this part mainly introduces the background ofresearch, discusses the Chinese oral class, especially the importance of intermediate oralChinese class, the purpose of the study, attempt to provide a feasible teaching form ofintermediate oral Chinese teaching. The significance of the research, describes from twoaspects: theory and practice significance; research review, introduces the implement ofanchored instruction theory in other disciplines as well as in language teaching researchand application.The first chapter, a summary of the anchored instruction theory, introduces theanchored instruction theory, and the connotation, characteristics, teaching steps of theanchored instruction are discussed.The second chapter, mainly discusses the applicability of anchored instruction theory and intermediate oral Chinese teaching. In this part, the applicability of theanchored instruction theory into the intermediate oral Chinese class, the fitness ofteaching content,the consistency of teaching purpose,and the compatibility of teachingform are discussed.The third chapter, analysis before making the teaching design in which anchoredinstruction is applied to intermediate oral Chinese class. Including the teaching object,teaching continent, textbook, teaching objective, teaching difficulties, as well as theimplementation of teaching design.The fourth chapter, evaluation of the implementation of anchored instructionteaching design, and the conclusion is mainly based on the content of analysis ofquestionnaire, including the analysis of the satisfaction of teaching thinking that basedon the analysis, few suggestion for applying anchored teaching theory to the intermediateoral Chinese class in the future.The fifth chapter,Conclusion of this paper.
