China is playing a more and more important role in the world, and the Chinese language is gradually favored by the people from all over the world. Learning Chinese has become a fashion.For the teachers and learners, the new requirements in the Chinese as a second language are rais ed in the new era, and selecting a proper and effective teaching approaches has become an impor tant issue in the language teaching. Based on these, through comparing the case study method an d observational method, South Korea branch court of Bohai university was chosen to conduct the task-based teaching approaches research. Firstly, the development of task-based teaching approa ches were well learnt and the application of present days’ task-based teaching approaches was dis cussed and studied, All these help to afford a theoretical foundation of the application research of the task-based teaching approaches in the oral teaching of Chinese for foreigners.Secondly, the a pplication of the task-based teaching approaches to the oral teaching in South Korea branch cour t of Bohai university was analyzed, thereby the practical teaching tasks were designed and applie d. The problems existing in the oral language learning process of the learners were observed and tested for the practicability. Afterwards, the experiences were summarized and some suggestion was propound. Finally, after the summary and organization of the existing problems, execute sol ution was proposed, which effectively promoted the teaching quality. The study aims to help the t eachers to assign the tasks more rationally and effectively and promote the task-based teaching a pproaches to be better applied.
