| Teachers are familiar occupations, their work is teaching and educating students everyday.They must face students and communicate with them.So they must have emotional labor. However, the teaching profession doesn’t has clear emotional display rules,teachers will have different emotional display rules perception. Whether the different emotional display rules perception lead to different emotional labor strategies?The study one investigate the effect of emotional display rules perception to emotional labor strategy. Teachers ’emotional labor will affect students’ emotions inevitably, to find out how the teachers’ emotional labor impact on students’ emotions, will be able to guide teachers’ emotional labor, increasing educational performance of teachers. Study two will explore the effect of different emotional labor strategies to students’ emotional contagion.There are 108 graduate students and 540 undergraduate students as subjects for the study. The form of simulated class has been taken.A graduate student and five undergraduate students is a team.It totally has 108 teams. The graduate student explain the history to the five students in the class. Before and after the class,two kinds of subjects will answer questionnaire separately.The study one discuss the influence of emotional display rules perception on emotional labor strategy, using a single-factor experimental design.The emotional display rules perceived as the independent variables, the teacher’s emotional labor strategies as the dependent variable.The results show the conclusions:(1) negative display rules perception will lead to more surface acting;(2) with no emotional display rules,the subjects will use the deep acting and the expression of naturally felt emotions;(3)positive display rules perception will not lead more deep acting.The study one is the basis of study two. The emotions of five students has been measured before and after class, the students also has to answer the emotional contagion scale. Results use the Structural equations model analyze revealed that:(1) expression of naturally felt emotions has positive correlation with the teachers’ emotional contagion and has no correlation with the change of students’ felt;(2) surface acting has negative correlation with the teachers’ emotional contagion and has no correlation with the change of students’ felt(3)deep acting has negative correlation with the teachers’ emotional contagion and has no correlation with the change of students’ felt(4) the emotional contagion of the teachers is the mediation between the teachers’ emotional labor strategy and the changes of students’ felt. |
