Spoken language teaching has been a very important as well as effective course in the teaching Chinese as the second language.Spoken language teaching is to cultivate students’ability to use Chinese to communicate,as an individual skill training sessions,spoken language teaching class should not only enable students to master the grammatical rules of a language.having the ability to form grammatically correct sentences of norms,more importantly,to make them understand what kind of words are consistent with decent under different circumstances,and how to express their true meaning reasonably,to attain the Chinese communication tool faster and more effectively.Therefore,spoken language teaching acts a very important part in teaching Chinese as the second language.How to improve the effect of teaching spoken language has been a matter concern of teachers.This article is a survey of spoken language teaching in International Institute of Yunnan University,selected 7 class include 5 elementary 2 middle,these spoken language teaching class situation will be the cases of my study.The way of observing.record.interviews will be used,in order to know students’opinion about the class and teachers’teaching methods. I will try to figure out the problems which exist in the class.By using the teaching theories to put forward some reasonable suggestions.Problems will be classified for three main parts.books.teaching method, and teachers.Middlebury Teaching Modal is famous all over the world. It has the maturity management system and teaching methods.It is a good way to learn from it to make our teachers teach better.
