In recent years,our tennis athletes obtained excellent game scores in the world arena,and created a historic breakthrough,which have brought the unprecedented development opportunity for the development of China’s tennis sports population,more and more domestic participation in tennis,tennis has become a sports of students in middle and primary schools like. So how to keep the made our tennis sports development achievements and advantages has become a hot research topic,and attach importance to cultivation of tennis reserve force in primary and secondary schools is the key to solve this problem,thus strengthening the tennis movement in primary and secondary schools and training reserve forces will become the important strategy of tennis sport in China to realize sustainable development and because only the tennis reserve talents echelon construction is good to make the development of competitive tennis in China keep enough stamina.Liaoning Province as China’s sports strong province, has made remarkable achievements in athletics,cycling,table tennis and other projects,but in tennis than other city but there is a big gap,especially there are many problems in the aspects of training of tennis reserve forces,and the main reason is that there is no good work the tennis schools. Therefore,in order to cultivate tennis project to understand the status of primary and middle schools in Liaoning province status and tennis reserve forces,this study will use the research methods of literature and data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and so on,the present situation in primary and middle schools of Liaoning province tennis project as the research object,to carry out investigation and research of primary and middle school tennis project on the situation in Liaoning Province, and put forward some development strategies for the existing problems,and provide a theoretical reference for the development of primary and secondary schools in Liaoning province to the sport of tennis. The results are as follows:To carry out the situation is not good enough for tennis in 1 primary and middle schools in Liaoning Province,although in recent years training in tennis reserve talents quality,quantity and the scale of such areas have been greatly improved,but the material selection and scientific training and other aspects of tennis reserve force of the middle and primary schools is still relatively low.The cultivation of frame structure system is still not perfect tennis reserve talents in 2 primary and middle schools in Liaoning Province,back-up personnel management system is not perfect,the management of tennis reserve talents school and tennis teachers management is lack of science; primary and secondary schools as the age structure of tennis training work of teachers better,but unfavorable situation sex the imbalance of the.3 suggestions on increasing the tennis project of middle and primary schools in Liaoning Province,capital investment,the increase in the number of tennis stadium,tennis courts,improve equipment and other infrastructure; on the tennis teachers teaching ability,the level of training and the referee work ability of specialized training,so that as the primary and secondary school tennis reserve personnel training work of teachers can all certificates; and between the middle and elementary schools and the The Racquet Club Hotel in attempt to establish cooperation training mode of talent training.
