Dr. Huang view it as one of the ten trends of international development of educational information in the project results conference of "International Education Information Development" that Education information development in different areas of the world will be multipolar. The Ministry of Education puts forward "Work for the construction of three through two platform", and treats it as China’s "Twelfth Five Year Plan" of education information and marks the core objectives, making the direction of the development of education information clearly. The construction of "straightway network communication between schools and sharing of resources with high quality between classes" have made great breakthrough, and the construction of straightway communication of learning cyberspace between learners is in urgent need of the construction of space network guidance of practical experience of excellent teachers. The construction of teachers’ cyberspace in primary and secondary schools provides a new opportunity for the professional development of teachers, playing a decisive role in promoting the reform of teaching methods, innovation of the education management mode, especially in promoting the corporate construction and share of education resources with high quality.In this article, the author starts with reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, reports about learning cyberspace and teachers’ cyberspace, then analyzes three excellent cases about teachers’ cyberspace, and investigates the current situation of the construction of primary and secondary school teachers’ cyberspace by the questionnaire, in order to put forward the propulsion strategy on the construction of primary and secondary school teachers’ cyberspace. This paper includes six chapters. The first chapter is introduction in which the author expounds the research background and proposes thesis research ideas and research methods with the combination of domestic and foreign research present situation. The second chapter is the target and meaning of the construction of teachers’cyberspace, and there is a simple analysis of the providing of "straightway communication of network learning space between learners" and some concepts, and then explains the meaning of teachers’cyberspace, makes it clear that the meaning and function of teachers’ cyberspace in information environment. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of constructing teachers’cyberspace in which the author selects "QQ space+360 cloud disk", Xian’an digital school, the World University City as three cases to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of teachers’cyberspace, then grasp the current situation of teachers’ cyberspace through a questionnaire survey about surveyed personnel structure, the usage of network, the perfection condition of teachers’cyberspace and advancing advice in primary and middle school in X region. The fourth chapter is the function analysis and framework design of teachers’ cyberspace. In this chapter, the author analyze the function of teachers’ cyberspace in supporting all aspects of teaching, and design the content framework of space as well as the principle of how to construct teachers’cyberspace. The fifth chapter is promoting strategies of teachers’cyberspace, which are summarized by the author from two levels, regional promotion and teachers’promotion, referring to administrative promotion, space training and technological support, hoping to provide some references for promoting the construction of teachers’cyberspace in primary and secondary school. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the research on how to construct teachers’ cyberspace, the shortage and research prospect in the study.
