ObjectiveWith the improvement of female sanda athlete’s physical quality, the development of motor skills, female sanda athletes in the body quality and physical aspects are of the same circumstances.How to improve the neuromuscular function of female sanda athletes gradually into people’s horizons.Choice reaction time is a commonly used indicator of evaluation body response speed.H-reflex reflects the characteristics of the peripheral neuromuscular system’s function, muscle power and function testing as auxiliary index, analysis of female sanda athletes of peripheral nerve muscle function characteristics, to effectively development female sanda sports training methods to seek for the parameters and the basis of scientific research, provide a reference for exploring new strength training.MethodThe object of study: 18 players from the Shanghai female sanda team of.According to the sports level,athletes are divided into excellent group(national master athletes)and normal group(below national master athletes).Test indicators for lower limb choice reaction time, H-reflex test, isokinetic muscle strength test and function movement test(FMS)Methods: Choice reaction time tests, test subjects according to the upper left, lower left, upper right and lower right four directional light stimulation, respectively, with left and right side of the lower limbs with the fastest speed to touch the left or on the right side of the upper and lower direction, under the direction of the reaction plate,before the collection of the subjects reaction time and motion data.Before the reaction refers to light stimulation to the subjects stand foot from reaction plate, movement is action refers to the feet left standing time reaction plate to the touch panel.Isokinetic muscle strength tests, test subjects were at a speed of 90 ° / s hip and ankle test and muscle than relative peak torque and peak torque flexion and extension were analyzed.H-tibial nerve reflex test test, take a maximum of H wave incubation period,with M wave value for standardization, H-index refers to the time difference dividedby the square of height H and M. Profile of FMS based on the performance of seven subjects action completed.Statistical processing method: Using independent sample T test to analyze the outstanding female sanda athletes and ordinary female sanda athletes group between the choice reaction time, the isokinetic muscle testing and H- reflection three test results whether there was a significant difference, p<0.05 said have significant difference.Chi-square test is used to analyze the outstanding female sanda athletes and ordinary female sanda athletes group between whether there was a significant difference in FMS test result.Eventually all of the data using SPSS19.0 statistical software for analysis.Results1 The lower limb choice reaction time comparison between groups, the left leg before reaction when good group(525.24±53.55 ms) shorter than normal group(595.47 ±78.99 ms) and the right leg moves good group(269.07 ± 39.57 ms) shorter than normal group(341.85±79.12 ms).2 H-reflection, excellent athletes group H incubation period(14.46±0.76 ms) is lower than the normal group, H-Index(3596.71±2188.65) is lower than normal group(4224.22±2788.36).Excellent athletes Hmax/Mmax group(0.3769 ±.2038) higher than the ordinary athletes group(Hmax/Mmax0.1828±0.1238).3 H-reflection,excellent athletes group’s H peak value(Hmax0.0050±0.0035 m V) is lower than the normal player(Hmax0.0113±0.0047 m V).3 In the isokinetic muscle testing, in the left hip flexor 90°/s, groups of 2.40±0.26Nm/kg higher than normal group 2.05±0.38 Nm/kg;90°/s left hip flexion and extension, excellent set of 3.31±0.40 Nm/kg higher than normal group 2.60 ±0.67Nm/kg, right ankle flexion 90°/s, groups of 1.09 ±0.25 Nm/kg higher than normal group 0.44±0.80 Nm/kg.4 Results of FMS test and analysis, excellent athletes group of linear lunge score higher than ordinary athletes group.Conclusion1 Excellent female sanda athletes’ left leg pre-motor time and the right leg movement time is shorter than normal athletes. Excellent female sanda athletes left hip muscle strength and right ankle flexor muscle strength are greater than the ordinary players,which makes the function of excellent athletes action line lunge performance is superior to the ordinary players.2 Excellent female sanda athletes through long-term exercise training to adapted,excitability of the peripheral neuromuscular system is higher than normal athletes, it suggests excellent athletes peripheral neuromuscular system adaptability is good.
