With the further advance of the new curriculum’s reform, schools around the country surge a fervor of teaching reform and spring up a number of unique teaching mode which attract people’s attention and arose their discussion. Guidance case teaching is put forward by comply with the trend of the new curriculum’s reform.As the model school of education reform in Shanxi province, Tongmei No.1 Middle School try to implement the type of guidance case teaching from the second half of 2008 and formulate the unique teaching mode ----three guidance and test. Since the implement of the pattern, the number of college admission has risen year by year and acquire a well teaching effect. This article is based on the deep reflection and research of "three guidance and test" during the process of author’s teaching process and make conclusion of some questions in order to transform the ways of the students’ learning and the teachers’ teaching concept, moreover promoting the development of the school connotative.This article make conclusion of the three guidance and test’s theory and practice by the way of literature research, case analysis, questionnaire and so on, besides it also offer the detailed case analysis. Three guidance and test comply with the concept of the new curriculum’s reform according to the research, because it fulfill the status of leading teacher-student body, optimize the structure of class and improved the efficiency of teaching. But there are some deficiencies which need improved and perfected in the future.
