The practice of special pre-school master is the practical curriculum set up in universities aimed to meet the standard of kindergarten teacher' professionalization and application-oriented personnel training.During the internship,the special pre-school master interns participating fully in the kindergarten practice contact with kindergarten practice instructors almost every day.The kindergarten practice instructors who have rich kindergarten work experience provide interns with practical guidance in the organization of conservation activities,games activities,collective teaching activities and other activities,which will help the interns as soon as possible adapt to working environment,know the conservation education of children well and organise the activities independently.Therefore;it has certain significance to research on kindergarten teachers' practice guidance.This study,based on existing research,collected eighty-five training guide events from the kindergarten practice instructor in Nanjing city B kindergarten,after determining the question and the object of study and research.This study draws the following conclusions from the three dimensions of instruction,guidance,and guidance time:the guidance of kindergarten practice instructor show the children-oriented educational philosophy,gives the flexible adjustment of guidance in the interaction with the interns,attachs importance to "collective teaching activities" even more than other types of activities,is good at seizing the opportunity "in the context of guidance" and has excessive expectations for interns.According to the conclusions of the study,also in order to improve the practice of targeted guidance,researcher believes:to strengthen understanding of the kindergarten practice instructors to special master interns before practice;practice interns to actively take the initiative;to strengthen communication and cooperation between kindergartens and universities;to strengthen the research,build the platform of practice instructors in professional development.
