Intern students’teaching skills and teaching practice depend largely on the quality of teaching practice guidance, especially the kindergarten teachers’guidance quality. However, at present we don’t know the guidance situation of the kindergarten teaching practice teachers and what is the problem need to improve.Therefore, this study on the basis of literature research adopted self-designed teacher questionnaire and intern student questionnaire, teacher interview outline and intern student interview outline to survey145kindergarten teaching practice guidance teachers and127intern students. We randomly selected20teaching practice teachers and10intern students to carry out in-depth interview study.This study concluded that:practice base appointed kindergarten teaching practice guidance teacher’s quality and professional skill is high, but the arrangement for students’internship class isn’t reasonable. The kindergarten teaching practice guidance teachers and inter students have the good understanding of practice guidance and well interactive situation, but the present guidance of intern students isn’t optimistic. The kindergarten teaching practice guidance teachers have different degrees of harvest in the theoretical level, professional skills and self development from the practice guidance. The kindergarten teaching practice guidance teachers’ practice guidance effect is good. But there are some problems and confusion, also need some help in the process of practice guidance of the practice guidance teachers. At the same time, guidance teachers can realize their own insufficient and defect.On the basis of analysis of the current situation, this study put forward some proposals to optimize teaching practice guidance of kindergarten teaching practice guidance teachers. For better cooperate with kindergarten teaching practice guidance teachers’work, this paper also give some suggestions for higher normal universities, college teachers, practice base kindergarten and intern student.
