With the developing of geographic information spatial data acquisition equipment,single data acquisition technology has been unable to meet the needs of the current three-dimensional reconstruction.Such as the UAV aerial images has the advantages of large scale,wide viewing angle and high current,but on the other hand the lack of building facade information;The 3D laser scanning point cloud data have the advantages of high precision,abundant information and no dead angle,but the large area terrain points collection and registration of building top point clouds is very difficult.In view of the above problems,this paper proposed a combination method between UAV and 3D laser scanning technology,for discussion the data processing and reconstruction technology.Firstly,the flow and control point layout method of field data acquisition acquired by UAV based on the summary of low altitude photogrammetry system.The processing method of data in the industry was also discussed directing at the acquisition process of aerial image point cloud data.Secondly,in combination of working principle of three dimensional laser scanner and collection method of field data,the arrangement principle of markers was analyzed and the rectification of multi-view point cloud was also discussed in the key.By designing different experimental scheme,the accuracy of multiple registration method were analyzed and the influence of different packet quantity during was also analyzed mating processing.Thirdly,in combination of existing research results,processing technique of point cloud was also discussed in the key view and do the research under three prospective including point cloud noise reduction,point cloud simplification and point cloud classifications.Methods applied to study surface features noise reduction and terrain simplification are explored combined the characteristics of study area.Finally,considering the deficiency of the low accuracy of reconstructing the model of mixing the terrain and surface features.The two process can be combined and done simultaneously.According to optimizing the method,the reconstruction method,modeling efficiency can be improved on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of modeling.
