Research On Inosculating The Work Of Earthquake Prevention And Disaster Reduction In Guangxi With The Economic And Social Development

The work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is an important basic and public welfare undertaking,and it is an important part of national public safety,which is related to the sustainable development of economy and society and the safety of people's lives and property.However,the current work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is not compatible with the economic and social development and social needs,the importance for earthquake prevention and disaster relief work and the existence of the earthquake sector is seriously questioned by the public.How to enhance the influence of the work of earthquake prevention and disaster relief have been becoming an important issue to the Seismological Department.To toward integration development as the focus,this paper adopts literature survey,comparison method,and experiential summary method,on the basis of understanding how to inosculate the economic and social development with the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,recognize the problems existing in the development of the cause of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction through the analysis of the present situation of Guangxi earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.Then put forward some suggestions to guide the future development direction of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Guangxi.Through the analysis of current situation of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Guangxi,the author thinks that the existing problems of inosculating the economic and social development with the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Guangxi including the administrative system is not perfect,the government management function is not strong,the laws and regulations construction is not enough,the social participation insufficiency and the science and technology support leading role to be strengthened and so on.For this,this article attempts,from the aspects of improving the integrated development management system,planning and legal system construction of the cause of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction;Constructiong of the integrated development of Guangxi earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation;Exploring new ideas for the special development of the integrated development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Guangxi,to explore ways and means of promoting the development of Guangxi earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
