Xiaoqinling deep prospecting drilling which is a key construction project for monolithic exploration belongs to ShaanXi Office of Land and Resources is based on?The deep-hole validation project of exploration area in Xiaoqinling(ShaanXi)deep gold field and its periphery?.The main role of it is to expose deeply in the second mineralization section of key vein in Xiaoqinling area Shaanxi Province.Its tasks is assumed by the Shaanxi mining geology team VI.The mining area is located in ShanCheYu in the gold deposit of Xiaoqinling,whose administrative region is the TaiYao Town TongGuan County.The total identified golden resources in gold mine area of Xiaoqinling is 149.27 tons and maintain reserves of gold metal is more than 20 tons.With the continuous exploitation of shallow ground,at present,Shaanxi Xiaoqinling gold-orefield has fully entered the deep exploration.Drilling depth is deepening,deep drilling project tasks are growing,formation conditions in deep drilling have become more complex,such as lost in broken formation ? collapse problems and borehole deviation problems in deviation formations and so on,which seriously affect the quality of drilling and drilling efficiency.Drilling technology has came across new challenges,and also put forward higher requirements.There are many technical problems in deep-hole drilling need to be resolved,and the technologies addressing issues in complex strata should also be further studied.Given the assumption of meeting the exploration results,it is an important problem in deep-drilling that how to more safely and efficiently drilling in the Xiaoqinling mining area.Research object of this paper is deep-hole prospecting and drilling technology in Xiaoqinling orefield.The goal of it is fully collecting mine geological information,analyzing on the effect of complex formation to core drilling construction,invetigating on common hole accidents such as burning drilling?card drilling and serious leakage in drilling and mine drilling construction technologies,finally the technologies to solve accidents when drilling in complex formation and the drilling construction technology programs have been presented.Main results are as follows:(1)It elaborated the geological feature,the physical properties of rocks and rock drillability at the Xiaoqinling gold field in Shaanxi province and studied the effects to the drilling conditions with complex strata in mining area.(2)Considering the common hole accidents for deep hole drilling,we analyse deeply and research in the causes and treatment.For deep hole burning of bit accident and drilling tools loss problems,it is useful that we designed and made specialized fishing and milling tools;For deep broken and buried drilling accident,it can avoid hidden trouble of mechanical accidents and other accidents,simplify treating process,shorten accident processing cycle,save costs of dealing with incidents when using hydraulic internal cutter and retreat-style fishing spear to process drilling tools lost in hole.For collapse and leakage accidents,we analysed and studied on the cement slurry for sealing deep wells,and developed quick-setting cement suitable for wall leakage treatment.This kind of cement can thoroughly solve the problem of leakage and collapse in broken formation which guarantees the quality of drilling and improves efficiency in dealing with the accidents.(3)In considering of condition of borehole in mining area,a project is presented which applies to Xiaoqinling mining area about deep hole drilling.Through the optimization of drilling equipment,the drilling technology and the technology of hole deviation controlling.Further more,for solving the problem of hole deviation in mining area,an instantly controlling technique is used.Those have an important significance for the subsequent deep hole drilling.
