Resource, environment, natural hazard and sustainable development are the majorproblems concerned to survival and development of human society. Varieties and workablereserves of ore resources have a direct impact on the pace of industrial modernization andbuilding harmonious society. To meet our own consumption and human development,resource overexploitation and inefficient utilization of energy will lead to resource and energydepletion in the not far future and be an unprecedented great challenges human survival andsociety progress. According to statistics, proven reserves of five hundred to shallow earth willlose the ability of society needs, so we are founded to replace resources to alleviate theshortage of resource supply situation. Geological mineral resources sounding and drillingengineering will challenge and occur in deeper and geologically complex formation mineralarea of more difficult in the future. In recent years, our country began to implement deepprospecting and the periphery prospecting plan, strengthen the exploration of mineralresources and scope, and exploration regions which are a larger depth and higher difficulty.Through the geological research, establish the metallogenic regularity of ore body and theembedment depth of the ore bodies pattern target is the essential condition to deep oreprospecting and a basic way to get information of deep mineralization information andconfirm the morphology and depth of the ore. Through the analysis of the metallogenicsystem, comprehensive detection and geological mapping, optimization deep metallogenictarget area for exploration drilling verification.Deep exploration program will accurately reveal the information of composition in thestudy area and structural properties through a large number of scientific project. A largenumber of actual data and information from drilling will lead further study on experimentalarea of matallogenic regularity and provide the basis for deep prospecting. To do this, itneed to detailed, meticulous deep drilling construction technology research, providingtheoretical basis for deep exploration program and technical support, and through the drillinginformation, further study on experimental area of metallogenic regularities, provide the basis for deep prospecting.In view of the "deep detecting the key instruments and equipment field experiment anddemonstration" project needs to be implemented by drilling engineering, to get the actualgeological data, the deep strata of the experimental area to evaluate detection instrumentequipment field tests and deep investigation instrument stability, adaptability and reliability,In consideration of “Deep exploration key instrument equipped with field experiment anddemonstration”,the project needs to access to the actual geological data of deep strata toexperimental spot to evaluate detection instrument equipment field tests and deepinvestigation instrument stability, flexibility and reliability by carrying out the deep holedrilling engineering.The paper aimed at the practical problems encountered in the drilling construction ofJK-1,system analysis the technical difficulties in the deep drilling and further study on theformation characteristics of deep detection experimental area and the relationship between thedrilling construction technology.The research methods of the paper contains theoreticalanalysis, experimental research and field construction method of combining the three parts.The obtained technological achievements will smooth implement of the experimental area ofsubsequent drilling engineering to provide reliable and effective technical support.The paperhas mainly studied the drilling structure design,drilling equipment,drill combinationoptimization,drilling technology parameter optimization methods and procedures,thedrilling fluid and bionic bit experimental study. This paper has studied deep hole drillingtechnology and progress, obtained some advantage achievement. It will provide a certaintheoretical basis to the deep core prospecting and technical reference to practical applicationof similar strata in the depth of one hundred and eight hundred metres.Profound and detailed study on deep hole drilling technology of JK-1has obtained themajor conclusions as follows:Firstly,research results of drilling have proved the exist of low resistivity by probe ofcrustal magnetotelluric measurement.The analyze of core drilling shows that the lowresistivity be Metal beltz andconfirmed the correctness of the inversion results.Sceondly,proceed from problems of drilling Carbonaceous mudstone formation and thefield application of drilling fluid,the paper has analyzed the hole wall instability and designed two kinds of recipes of drilling fluid,the solid free drilling fluid and low solid drillingfluid.Measuring the each performance parameter,contrasting rheological property andretaining wall collapse prevetion performace and the actual application and caliper measuredata have proved the collapse prevention performance for Carbonaceous mudstone formationof the solid free drilling fluid more efficacious and has obtained the good effect for collapseprevention.Thridly,the bionic impregnated diamond bit has been applied to the deep hole drillingengineering of JK-1successfully.Contrasting two differernt of matrix formula of bionicimpregnated diamond bits and common dimond bit experiment,although the working life ofthe bionic bits are inferior to35.5%compared with the ordinary bits,but its speed of rockfragmentation has increased by32.7.The results has provided valuabe experimental data forimproving the overall quality of bit and technical and economic effects.
